Research On Problems Existing In High-rise Building Construction And Corrective Measures

Urban planning and construction are the product and symbol of continued eradevelopment.Keeping up with the pace of times,the construction of a new city in new era is the result of our continuous efforts.Rigid demand for housing iscontinuously increasing with the accelerating urbanizing process and growing urban population.However,construction land for the urban housing is reduced constantly.In order to make rational use of land resources and make it paly significant role in solving the rigid housing demand better,tall buildings as bamboo springing up become the main force in new urban construction.GuiZhou is located in the center of karst area in southwest China.Complicated g eological structure leads to uncertainty of the high-rise building construction.Foundat ion engineering of high-rise building construction plays a key role in construction qua lity.Based on problems and reason analysis of deep foundation pit technology in the p rocess of high-rise building construction,concrete quality in winter,karst cave and un derground water of foundation excavation,construction in rainy season and roof const ruction in the basement,the technology of foundation construction have been improve d and perfected,in the meanwhile,corrective measures have been proposed.Therefor e,the goals of eliminating hidden danger as much as possible and ensuring constructio n safety and improving project quality can be achieved in the following construction p rocess.
