Speed governor is an important component of hydroelectric generating unit,which plays an important role in the stability of the unit and power grid.Generalized Hamiltonian system model system exists in many fields such as physical science,life science and engineering science.Compared with other systems,generalized Hamiltonian system model can clearly obtain the internal structure and damping factors of the system.In order to explore the influence of governor on the output of hydro-generator set,the generalized Hamiltonian theory is used to model the governor.The core of the Hamiltonian model of governor is the energy function of governor.In this paper,the Hamiltonian energy function of governor is deeply analyzed.Based on the classical mathematical model of turbine governor,the equivalent circuit modeling method of Hamiltonian energy function is used to deduce the equivalent circuit of each linear transfer function of governor.The Hamiltonian energy function of hydro-generator set is obtained by energy connection,and the governor including hydro-turbine is further deduced.The generalized Hamiltonian model of the hydro-generator set is established,and the simulation operation model is established.The correctness of the energy function is verified by simulation experiments under different working conditions,including initial disturbance,load variation,different parameters of governor PID,fault characteristics,damping characteristics and low frequency disturbance.
