The substation is the key node of electric power transmission,and the operation and maintenance of the substation is an important task to ensure the normal operation of the substation.In order to enhance the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the substation and to reduce the workload of the substation staff,Augmented Reality(AR)is introduced in this thesis to study further the working pattern of the operation and maintenance of the substation.And the AR-based dynamic operation and maintenance system for the substation is designed.The main research contents of this thesis are concluded as follows:1)Research on the framework of the dynamic operation and maintenance system of substation based on AR technology.Firstly,the basic framework of the existing intelligent substation is introduced.Secondly,the substation maintenance of dynamic system architecture based on AR technology,where the functional modules of the system and the network architecture of the system are discussed,is studied.Then,the framework of the system is presented.Finally,the key technology and difficulties of substation maintenance of dynamic AR technology,which contains the construction of substation information,network architecture research and intelligent command system of AR technology,need to be solved are discussed.2)The AR-based dynamic operation and maintenance visual system for the substation.The AR based dynamic system is composed of the routine inspection system,wireless communication system,remote command system and the operation and maintenance system,in which,AR based visual routine inspection system can help to accomplish the substation inspection task effectively,and the reliability of AR equipment and the ability of spatial query objects are improved by designing the octree map algorithm.The wireless communication system enables data transmitted wireless.The remote command and operation management system can effectively realize the long-distance multi picture command for the operation and maintenance field synchronously,and realize the reasonable dispatching of personnel or equipment through operation and maintenance management system.The operation and maintenance management scheme proposed in this paper improves the ability of dynamic operation and maintenance for the substation,and improves the work efficiency of the staff.Compared with the existing substation operation and maintenance system,the proposed system solves the problems of unclear location information,timely access to information,poor information exchange between operation and maintenance site and command center,which is suitable for the current trend of intelligent operation and maintenance in substation.3)The experiments studies with AR-based dynamic operation and maintenance system for the substation.Experiments and tests are designed and executed on the AR system platform mentioned in previous parts.Our experiments are executed from the routine inspection,remote command and fault diagnosis on the Yong Feng 500 k V substation in Shao Tong city,Yun Nan province.The experimental results show that the AR based dynamic operation and maintenance system can help the personnel more comprehensive and efficient when they are on their duties in the operation and maintenance of the substation.
