With the advancement of smart city,people pursue the intelligence of life.Urban traffic problems,such as traffic congestion,traffic jams and difficulty in parking,are a headache for car owners and reduce their parking experience.In this paper,mobile positioning technology,Android technology,Web GIS technology and other technologies are integrated to design and realize intelligent Parking APP(Parking Here)based on baidu map API.First of all,through the investigation and trial of the parking apps commonly used in the market,it is found that the existing parking software only targets users of car owners and does not include users of parking lot administrator.The two people operate on different platforms,resulting in an indirect connection between the two,adding unnecessary trouble.This paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of existing Parking software in the market,analyzes the functional requirements of urban Parking software,and designs the solution of Parking Here.At the same time,the GIS technology is used to collect parking resource data.Focusing on the integration and dynamic management needs of parking resource management,a parking database is established to store the collected parking resources,realizing the classified storage and organic correlation of parking resources.Secondly,the design and implementation of the system.Different from the parking APP released in the market,this system not only takes into account the problem of difficult parking for car owners,but also involves the problem of difficult management by parking lot administrator.The system is divided into two functional modules: the parking lot administrator and the car owner,and the car owner can be divided into the ordinary car owner and the private car owner.The system implements the application software developed on the Android platform as a carrier,and provides real-time information such as the number of free parking spaces and specific locations in the parking lot for the parking lot administrator and the car owner.In this way,the user can be guided to park the car reasonably and efficiently and find the car quickly.The wireless parking mode is used to merge the parking space status information of the parking lot into the system,and the parking resource status is displayed through the Android client software,which facilitates the parking lot management and the owner parking.Finally,the functional test of the intelligent parking system shows that the system has good real-time performance,robustness and compatibility.Putting the system into use can indirectly improve the situation of traffic jam and difficult parking in urban traffic,and reduce the emission of harmful gases such as exhaust gas to a certain extent,which responds to the call of ecological environment.
