With the rapid development of the global economy,people's material life has been greatly enriched and improved.The business model of sharing economy has become an effective solution to solve excessive consumption and reduce waste of resources.Various business models based on shared thinking are also emerging one after another.Among them,some fields have just started and are in the ascendant,some have entered the stage of reshuffling,and some have been proved by practice not to be mature business models.Among them,due to the rapid development of car networking technology and intelligent terminals,the shared car industry is rapidly rising.After experiencing the rapid development from to,the shared car industry has entered the reshuffle stage of the industry.Some of the shared car companies have also withdrawn from the market after short-term storms,such as EZZY,Youyou cars,etc.In addition,some of the shared car companies have survived the reshuffle and the vehicles are still driving in the streets and lanes of the city.Then how did these enterprises continue to operate normally under the background that the sharing economy was in a low ebb and other sharing industries were greatly affected?What kind of profit model does such an enterprise have to maintain the core competitiveness of the enterprise,and whether there is still room for optimization of the current profit model is a question worth studying at present.Firstly,this paper sorts out the concepts of profit model,profit model elements and value net theory,and analyzes and summarizes the profit model of shared automobile enterprises according to the profit model element theory and value net theory.On this basis,the profit model of——GoFun travel,which is the representative of the shared automobile enterprise,is analyzed in terms of profit model elements and core organizational components of the value network.It is concluded that GoFun travel and other shared car companies take customer experience as the core,adopt basic car rental business,investment and financing,big data support and other ways,create corporate value through integration of upstream and downstream and other complementary resources,and realize the final value closed loop through value transfer to customers.In this mode,the growth ability,profitability,asset value and external environment of the enterprise are all strengthened,thus improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Finally,based on the elements of profit model and value network,the current profit model of GoFun travel is analyzed in detail.combining the analysis results of the two,relevant optimization suggestions are put forward for GoFun travel from four aspects of customers,operation,cooperation and service,aiming at the problems that GoFun travel can be improved.
