The rapid development of science and technology makes the transportation more convenient,but it also brings huge energy demand,and the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious with the increasing number of travel tools.In order to follow the road of sustainable development in the future,electric cars were born in the world.In order to better solve various urgent problems such as the global crisis,the national government has vigorously advocated the use of electric vehicles,striving to cover the life of all the people.In recent years,many scholars and experts have devoted themselves to the research of promoting the development of electric vehicles,and summarized many factors affecting the development of electric vehicles.Among them,the lack of charging facilities and the unreasonable layout are important reasons that hinder the development of electric vehicles.In summarizing the previous research results,it is found that there is still a lack of research on charging pile planning for small areas.This paper sets the school as the research object,focusing on summarizing a set of scientific,complete and systematic regional charging pile planning schemes,and hopes to improve the ease of use of electric vehicles in similar areas,thereby increasing the utilization rate of electric vehicles.Based on the research background and the domestic and international research,the paper clarifies the significance of the planning and layout of the charging pile and the key issues that need to be studied in the planning.According to the particularity of the campus,the applicable theoretical methods are selected.Firstly,it focuses on the prediction of the total amount of campus charging demand and the creation and solution of the planning layout model.For the number of electric vehicles in the next few years of the campus,the combination of the improved trend extrapolation method and the field research is used for forecasting.Using the solved quantity,and then based on the questionnaire survey method to predict the daily charging demand of campus electric vehicles.Then,the Markov chain is used to clearly show the charging state of the electric vehicle,and the Monte Carlo simulation electric vehicle is charged daily to obtain the charging load curve,and the constraints of the model are laid.The model is established with the lowest cost as the target of the daily charging demand and the charging load curve,and the optimal solution is obtained by using the integer programming branch and bound method.In order to verify the rationality of the planning scheme,it is simulated based on BIM and GIS.Finally,Southwest Petroleum University was selected as a demonstration point to apply the planning scheme proposed in the paper,which proves that the set of charging pile planning layout scheme studied in this paper is scientific and reasonable.
