Electric vehicles use clean energy, which not only has a little environmental pollution to environment, but also ease the pressure of energy crisis, and electric vehicles has great advantages in terms of energy saving and environmental protection, so electric vehicles are promoting by the Beijing Municipal Government. The popularity of electric vehicle charging station is one of the main factors affecting the development of electric vehicles, planning and construction of charging stations is advantageous to the promotion of electric vehicles. In Beijing, the electric vehicle charging stations are planning and constructing, and formed a certain scale, but in the process of the layout of the charging station appeared many problems, such as Long construction period, layout planning is not scientific and so on. These factors have hampered the promotion of electric vehicles. The mainly cause is the lack of a theoretical system layout planning system.The charging station layout planning issues include the charging station layout planning status of the investigation and problem analysis, charging station demand analysis, the design of charging station location and size and other aspects. Charging station layout planning is the key to whether the service network can be formed and the network is smooth.Firstly, this paper combines the promotion working process of electric cars in Beijing, according to the status of the Beijing charging station layout planning. By means of the theoretical studies and field surveys combining method, analysis the Beijing electric car charging stations issues.Then, in the perspective of electric vehicle charging stations, its demand factors were analyzed, and the most important factor is the amount of electric vehicles. So this paper fully considers the factors affecting the development of electric vehicles, uses new trend extrapolation to predict the amount of electric cars in the next five years. Then according to the predicted results, considering the needs of various factors, the number of charging stations was calculated.After calculating the demand quantity of charging station, this paper summarizes the basic principles of charging station layout plan, and divides the charging demand cell in the planning area. In the perspective of the user charging and charging station construction, with the goal of minimizing the costs of charging station construction, operation, and charging user loss, a charging station layout planning model is established according to the single objective nonlinear programming. With capacity and service radius charging station for constraints, the model fully considers the factors of the number of electric cars, battery capacity, charging station sites and so on in the planning area. By means of particle swarm optimization algorithm, the model identifies the charging station location and size.Finally, the model is verified in the practice of Xicheng District charging station planning and construction. What is more, the paper gives some advices and recommendations for the layout planning during the actual implementation, and is a useful exploration for the methods of Beijing charging station layout planning.
