The implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.In the context of urban-rural integration,the importance of rural construction and development has gradually increased,and village planning has been paid more and more attention.General secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly stressed that "carrying out the strategy of Rural Revitalization must insist on planning ahead." At present,all kinds of relevant laws,regulations and policies of village planning have put forward the relevant contents of "full coverage of village planning management" and "preparation of practical village planning",which has clarified the basic ideas and content requirements of the current national village planning work.By analyzing the connotation characteristics and content requirements of village planning,the contents of village planning which can guarantee the reasonable and effective construction of village planning,meet the needs of the masses,and be easy to implement and manage are explored.Through further analysis and definition,the basic concept of village planning control content is put forward.By constructing the corresponding evaluation standard,select the corresponding provincial village planning technical guideline as evaluation objects,reasonable evaluation method,to further evaluate the village planning control class content of research,analysis in the traditional urban-rural planning level with the current national spatial planning under the background of village planning guideline this specification village planning and construction of village planning in the guidance document control class content composition of commonness and difference.On this basis,the author further through questionnaire interview and case analysis,explores the villagers,village management and planning designers for village planning control class content of different needs,thus further formation of village planning control class content improvement measures,and village planning for the future put forward the corresponding optimization Suggestions and countermeasures,so as to the current rural revitalization and national spatial planning two villages under the background of some effective reference for the planning and management.
