Research On The Interactive Landscape Design Of Xi'an Senior Apartment

On the background of aging,introducing interactive concept in the landscape design of nursing homes not only meets seniors needs,but also is development trend of times.As seniors grow older,their psychology and emotions become fragile and sensitive.And the daily activities of the seniors are gradually narrowed,they are concentrated in the settlement and its surrounding environment.The time and space of activities are relatively limited.Therefore,it is important to provide suitable places for the seniors to interact with each other.At present,the landscape design of the nursing homes do not focus on the environment for interaction.The landscape mobilizes the enthusiasm of the seniors for outdoor activities,and it also affects the living experience and of the seniors.By analyzing the physical,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the seniors,this paper summarizes the special needs of the seniors for the landscape environment.On the basis of demand analysis,the situation of Xi'an nursing homes landscape design was investigated through field research and questionnaire survey.It was found that the existing landscape design of Xi'an nursing homes neglected the psychological feelings and behavioral needs of seniors.For example,there are low green coverage,unreasonable functional facilities,single spatial type,lack of interactive space,and lack of interest in the landscape.Aim at the problems identified in the above demand analysis and research,this paper summarizes and proposes the design principles,construction methods and design points of the interactive landscape design of nursing home.From the perspective of the seniors,we promote the interaction between people,people and landscapes,people and facilities by creating a landscape design of sensory experience,behavioral participation,and emotional resonance.From the perspective of landscape design,the concept of interaction is applied to plants design,waterscape design and public facility design.It aims to provide spaces and environmental supported seniors to facilitate interaction.Based on the design principles and design strategies proposed in the article,the interactive landscape design of Xi'an Hantang nursing home for the seniors was redesigned.And seniors and staff are satisfied with the design.The interactive landscape design principles and design strategies of nursing home proposed in this paper have certain reference value for subsequent research.
