Study On The Mid- And Long-term Planning Of The Urban Gas Pipeline Network In Jingxian County

With the healthy and rapid development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of urbanization level,urban gas plays an important role as an important public infrastructure.It has the advantages of improving people's quality of life,improving the energy structure of industrial and commercial enterprises,improving energy efficiency and protecting the environment.As a result,the preparation of urban gas professional planning has provided technical support for the development of urban gas industry.With the rapid advancement of the modernization process in Jixian,which has put forward higher requirements for the city size,functional layout and major infrastructure construction.In order to further improve the energy security system,and moderately advance the city's energy infrastructure construction,this paper develops a natural gas plan in Jixian County.Based on the overall planning of Jixian County,this paper analyzes the gas source situation and gas consumption status,predicts the gas consumption of the market,and simulates the transmission and distribution system of Jixian gas based on Pipeline Studio software.Based on this,this paper has designed the gate station,make a comprehensive planning for CNG conventional stations and LNG filling stations,and design the environmental protection.The main results are as follows:(1)Research on the existing gas source and pipeline conditions in Jixian County to determine the choice of gas source in Jixian County in the future.Jixian County will introduce the Jiangnan Linkage Natural Gas of "Chongqi East Transmission" project as the main gas source.After introducing the pipeline gas source,CNG and LNG are used as emergency gas sources.(2)According to the "Peace County Master Plan(2014-2030)",forecast the energy distribution for industrial use,commercial use,civil use,and vehicle use in Jixian County and study on the demand for gas,heating,air conditioning,and determine the future development of Jixian County.The demand for natural gas has also determined the peaking and emergency demand of Jixian County.(3)According to the original pipeline situation in Jixian County,combined with the future gas demand of Jixian County,the pipeline network planning route of the main urban area will be finalized by studying the factors of investment,coverage,safety and environmental protection in the three urban pipeline networks.(4)According to the long-term demand of Jixian County,the layout of the combined gas source pipe network is determined.The City gate station is located at the northwest corner of the intersection of the 205 provincial road and the 322 national highway,and is adjacent to the 205 provincial highway,covering an area of 12,127 m2.The gas supply scale of the gate station is 1.5×108 m3/a,the hour air supply capacity is 2.0×104 m3/h,the high pressure outlet design pressure is 2.5 MPa,and the medium pressure outlet design pressure is 0.4 MPa.(5)Through the Hydraulic Calculation,it is determined that all pipeline planning meets the design requirements.According to the pressure level and the use conditions of the pipeline,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects of the pipeline,it is determined that all the medium-pressure gas in the urban area of Jixian County adopts the buried pipeline with PE material.The tube,after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of LNG storage tank gas storage and high-pressure storage tank gas storage,finally determines the gas storage by the LNG storage tank.(6)According to the actual vehicle gas demand situation in Jixian County and study the actual advantages and disadvantages,determine that refueling vehicles,taxis and some long-distance vehicles are refueled by CNG conventional stations,large trucks,long-distance vehicles,and some buses are operated by LNG refueling stations.Refill.Through the actual distribution of the gas station in Jixian County,combined with investment,safety,and later management and control,the CNG conventional station and the LNG filling station will be separately constructed without finalizing the construction of the oil and gas joint station.This plan combines the status quo of the city,not only considers the requirements of the overall development of the near and long-term cities,but also reserves space for the long-term development of the city's gas supply.The plan has operational operability in phases.In the long-term urban medium-pressure transmission and distribution system,multiple points of gas supply,effective use of pressure energy,fully improve the reliability and economy of the medium-pressure pipe network,and further reduce the scale of investment.It provides a strong guarantee for ensuring safe and stable gas supply,improving gas supply production scheduling capacity,operation management level and emergency treatment capacity.
