As a structural form of hydraulic equipment,sheet pile is widely used in coastal and inland areas.Compared with the traditional sheet pile,the polymer sheet pile has the advantages of simple installation,low cost,high mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance.In this paper,the polymer sheet pile which can replace the traditional sheet pile is designed,and the material properties and structural properties of the sheet pile are studied.The research contents of this paper are as follows:The mechanical property test and aging property test of polymer sheet pile material are carried out.The change of mechanical property of polymer sheet pile material in the aging process is analyzed to provide material performance basis for structural design.A new type of sheet pile structure is designed.In view of the diversity of the use function and the complexity of the use environment of sheet pile,in order to verify whether the performance of sheet pile structure meets the design requirements,several different retaining conditions are selected,and the change rule of sheet pile retaining performance under different soil properties,different retaining height and different insertion depth is obtained;different assembly methods of sheet pile are analyzed,and different installation methods are compared According to the soil retaining effect of sheet pile under proportioning,the strength and rigidity performance of sheet pile structure are obtained;according to the actual construction conditions,the filling test is carried out,the stress of each measuring point of sheet pile is measured,the surface stress state of component is determined,and the accuracy of the finite element model of polymer sheet pile and the rationality of structural design are verified.Based on the characteristics of thin wall and light weight,the stability of sheet pile structure is studied.Through buckling analysis,buckling mode and buckling load results are obtained.At the same time,the paper studies the retaining performance of the polymer sheet pile after aging to ensure that the structural performance of the polymer sheet pile can still meet the use requirements during the aging process.The work of this paper provides technical basis for the design and research of new polymer sheet pile,which is conducive to the development and research of new sheet pile and ensures the engineering quality.
