| With the rapid development of the Internet,the social production and life style has been continuously transformed and changed,which has a certain impact on the development of residential buildings.In order to solve the problems of imbalance between occupation and residence and lack of intensive land use,in the field of residential building development,the open and shared block-type residential complex model has coexisted with the traditional residential model.With the prevalence of development modes such as mixed function development,high-intensity development and small street development,buildings are increasingly appearing in an ultra-large-scale,extremely high and inaccessible posture.Therefore,the vitality of street space related to people’s transportation,recreation and entertainment functions is particularly important in block-type residential complexes.Moreover,the vitality of streets is gradually weakened by different factors such as "internet plus" lifestyle and travel style.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of street vitality in order to obtain the architectural design method of block-type residential complex based on the improvement of street vitality.Firstly,starting from the theoretical research of block-type residential complex and street vitality,through the comparative analysis of block-type residential complex and similar building types,the paper summarizes the characteristics of street space vitality of block-type residential complex.As for the research on street vitality,it is carried out from three aspects: the connotation of street vitality,the external representation of street vitality and the influencing factors of street vitality,and then specific research methods are determined by referring to relevant research at home and abroad and previous field research.The specific research and analysis process starts from two angles.First,from the designer’s point of view,it summarizes the quantitative indicators of the influencing factors of street vitality related to the building itself in the block-type residential complex,and determines the specific quantitative methods to study its correlation with street vitality.At the same time,it combines with the post-evaluation method to study its satisfaction with the evaluation factors of the same sample from the user’s point of view.The typical case of Jinan and the typical case of Beijing are selected for comparativestudy.By using the above research ideas,the data quantification and correlation analysis are respectively carried out on the street vitality and its influencing factors of the selected cases.Through the analysis of the correlation analysis results and the post-use evaluation results,the common problems in influencing the street vitality of the block-type residential complex are proposed.Furthermore,the architectural design method of the block-type residential complex based on the improvement of street vitality is summarized from the angles of architecture and urban design,which provides certain ideas for the design of the block-type residential complex in the future. |
