Quantitative Research On External Space Vitality Promotion In Existing Residential Areas

The The external space of the residential area is very important to the residents’ quality of life and is necessary for residents to carry out outdoor activities.This study on the establishment of a high strength of living as the starting point of existing settlements outside space,the residential outer space dynamic influence factors are selected and quantitative research,and extension of the parts,finished with both residential outer space dynamic model established.Specific means is based on on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire investigation,the settlements of the outer space people evaluation is analyzed the influence factors of strength of living in outer space,according to the statistical and survey data calculation,both the settlements outside space dynamic model is established.In the meantime,according to the residents’ travel rules,the typical spatial pattern is summarized and the evaluation of spatial vitality of difference is established.Through the difference of influence factors in different space,this paper summarizes the common problems of improving spatial vitality and puts forward strategies.The study aims to provide guidance for improving the environmental quality of existing residential areas,improving the living environment of the residents and providing the design of the external space environment of the existing residential areas.
