Research On The Empty Form Of Village Dwellings In Linyi Area Under The Background Of Urbanization

Urbanization is a process in which the agricultural population transforms into the non-agricultural population,the agricultural region transforms into the non-agricultural region,and the agricultural activities transform into the non-agricultural activities.It is an objective trend of the development of human society and an important symbol of national modernization.Under the background of urbanization,China's social and economic development is rapid,the national consumption level is further improved,and the consumption concept is gradually improved.Even in the economically underdeveloped rural areas,people's living and production mode is no longer satisfied with the traditional self-sufficiency mode,and the traditional residential spatial form has long been unable to meet the increasing needs of people's living and production,and has become one of the objects in urgent need of transformation.Innovating the spatial form of traditional residential buildings is an important support for the construction of urbanization,plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the high-quality development of China and promoting the socialist modernization,and is also an important way to meet the people's yearning for a better life.Since the "13th five-year plan",China's urbanization development has shown a diversified trend,which provides a lot of valuable experience for the upcoming "14th five-year plan".For the upcoming "14th five-year plan",the domestic and foreign situation is more complicated and changeable,and China's urbanization will present new characteristics and trends,so it is of great significance to study and design the spatial form of traditional residential buildings.Based on the adaptation of modern rural living,production and operation mode in linyi,this paper analyzes the rural family structure and the dynamic change form of production and operation in linyi,and proposes an effective solution to the rural residential needs.On the basis of historical data and existing research,the spatial form of residential houses in linyi area was sorted out by comprehensive use of research methods such as literature research,open interview,participatory observation and field survey.Put forward to promote the construction of cities and towns into target,adjust measures to local conditions,optimizing the linyi district space form of traditional local-style dwelling houses of strategy plan,improve the space allocation ratio,improving the quality of space function,enhance the capacity of space governance,thus to promote the diversification of space form,residence in linyi area,co-ordinated,holistic development and contribution.
