Research On The Temporal And Spatial Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of The High-quality Development Of My Country's Construction Industry

At the 19 th National People’s Congress in 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping stated for the first time that China’s economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.It was repeatedly stated in the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee in 2019: "Adhere to and improve the basic socialist system and promote high-quality economic development".High-quality development is already the mainstream trend of development in the new era.The construction industry should take the path of high-quality development in the context of the new era.High-quality development of the construction industry can promote China’s "two hundred years struggle" goals and the realization of the Chinese nation’s great revival.Studying the high-quality development of the construction industry requires grasping the connotation of high-quality development,building an index system that accurately evaluates high-quality development,and identifying factors that affect the high-quality development of the construction industry.Therefore,based on the connotation of high-quality development in the construction industry based on the "five development concepts",this paper builds a high-quality development evaluation index system for the construction industry,measures the high-quality development level of the national construction industry through multi-index panel factor analysis,and analyzes the high-quality development of China’s construction industry space-time characteristics.At the same time,the establishment of a random effect model using panel regression method,using the data from 2009 to 2017,analyze the impact of relevant factors on the high-quality development of the construction industry.Here are the conclusions:First,the high-quality development of China’s construction industry has shown a clear upward trend in time.On the whole,the high-quality level of the construction industry has increased significantly from 2009-2017,but the development level of the east,middle and west is inconsistent.The development of the eastern region is generally good,the quality of the central region is rising rapidly,and the development of the high quality of thewestern region is in low level but high speed growth.Second,the high-quality development of China’s construction industry presents obvious regional differences and clustering in space.The eastern region presents good quality clusters;the central region shows uneven quality development,forming multiple massive clusters;the western region presents poor quality clusters.Third,The factors that have a significant impact on the high-quality development of the construction industry are mainly regional GDP per capita,labor productivity,green coverage,taxation of construction enterprises,and fixed asset investment.Macro-and micro-economics have a significant impact on the high-quality development of the construction industry.At the same time of quality development,it should develop with economic high quality.Relevant suggestions for the high-quality development of the construction industry.The high-quality development of China’s construction industry should adhere to the unshakable path of innovation;promote the coordinated development of the construction industry and narrow regional differences;save energy and reduce emissions,take the road of green and sustainable development of the construction industry;enhance the opening degree of the construction industry and promote the construction industry’s "Belt and Road" strategy;adhering to the construction industry’s sharing concept,and achieving social sharing and all-people sharing.Promote the common development of macro,meso,micro economy and construction industry.
