| Since the reform and opening up,the sustainable and rapid development of the construction industry in the proportion of the national economy has risen steadily,its pillar industry position has been gradually established and increasingly consolidated,and it plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting the development of the entire national economy.However,the quality and efficiency of the development of China’s construction industry are not high,tt is more dependent on investment-driven and scale growth,lack of technological innovation in the industry,industrial concentration is relatively low,there is imbalance in regional development,the problem of enterprise homogenization is prominent,lack of flagship enterprises,the enterprise capital pressure is big,lack of impetus for transformation and development,the quality of construction products failed to keep up with the demand for "consumption upgrading",the adaptability of the construction industry to the complicated international and domestic situations is not strong.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influencing factors and importance of high quality development performance in the construction industry.Firstly,this paper takes the high quality development performance of the construction industry as the research object,and clarifies the connotation of high quality development and high quality development of the construction industry and high quality development performance of construction industry.Secondly,with the help of literature research and expert interviews,the first-level indicators affecting the high quality development performance of the construction industry are divided into talent construction,technological innovation,structural optimization,market environment and management innovation,according to the five first-level indicators that influence the high quality development performance of the construction industry,25 second-level indicators are identified,at the same time,aiming at the high quality development performance of the construction industry,the consensus identifies six second-level indicators,so as to build the performance evaluation index system..Then,according to the actual situation of high-quality development of the construction industry,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the theoretical model of performance influencing factors.Finally,with the help of structural equation model,an empirical study is carried out on the influencing factors of the high quality development performance of the construction industry,after the questionnaire data passed the reliability and validity test,and then import the data into the established initial model for model recognition,test,evaluation and revision.to get a better fitting theoretical model of the factors influencing the high quality development performance of the construction industry,through the model analysis and the influence coefficient of all the influencing factors on the high-quality development performance of the construction industry is calculated,The importance of the influencing factors of high-quality development performance of construction industry is ranked,and the key influencing factors of high-quality development performance of construction industry are determined.This study has important theoretical and practical significance to promote the high quality development of China’s construction industry.Applying the structural equation to the related research of the high quality development of the construction industry,in theory,it further broadens the theoretical system related to the high quality development of the construction industry in China.Based on the theoretical model analysis of the factors influencing the high quality development performance of the construction industry,and combined with the current situation of China’s construction industry development put forward targeted strategies,it has important practical value and significance for realizing the high quality development goal of construction industry in a large scope in our country. |
