Research On Influencing Factors Of School Building Renovation Project Based On High Quality Development

The development of education is vital to the better life of over 1.4 billion Chinese people and to the progress and rejuvenation of the nation.The report to the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that speeding up the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education and the integration of urban and rural areas,and optimizing the allocation of regional education resources have pointed out the direction for promoting the construction of a high-quality basic education system.Primary and secondary school buildings are important places for students to study and live.At present,there are still some school buildings in China that cannot meet the needs of training objectives and the requirements of daily teaching activities under the new situation.School buildings should be renovated to comprehensively improve the use efficiency of primary and secondary school buildings,so that the projects can give full play to their educational functions,environmental and social benefits,and help solve and improve people’s livelihood problems.It is of great practical significance to build a harmonious society.The school renovation project involves multiple factors,including government,school,family and enterprise.Specific factors include: 16 factors include policy orientation,capital investment,urban and rural planning and development,cultural relic protection needs,smart campus construction,campus space optimization,campus culture construction,education needs of special groups,rational utilization of abandoned school resources,school safety reinforcement,attention to children’s physical and mental health,attention to children’s all-round development,design scheme,supervision level,change management,environmental protection and so on.These factors are related to each other.Therefore,the ISM model in the system analysis method is used in this paper to analyze and order the key factors in the school building renovation,and it is concluded that policy orientation,smart campus construction,school building security reinforcement,and attention to children’s physical and mental health are the deep reasons affecting the school building renovation project.Moreover,4 school building renovation projects in H city and F county are selected for study.Summarize the problems existing in the schoolhouse reconstruction project,the reconstruction project in planning and design,reconstruction space,characteristic construction,project quality and other aspects of certain deficiencies,finally put forward the reconstruction principles and strategies,so as to provide decision support andary school buildings in the future,promote the high quality development of education.Figure [22] Table [6] Reference[80]...
