Coreless motor is a micro motor with energy-saving,sensitive and stable performance.It is widely used in military,civilian and other fields.Winding coil as the crucial component of coreless motor,its manufacturing level directly affects the quality performance of coreless motor.At present,when the domestic motor companies produce a kind of coreless motor winding,still depends on manual operations to complete the manufacturing process of the coreless winding,but the manual operation process acts with high labor intensity and low working efficiency,and results in poor manufacturing quality for coreless winding.To solve the practical problems existing in the manufacturing process of coreless winding,this thesis intends to use mechatronics design platform MCD to complete design work of a kind of coreless motor winding forming apparatus.Mechatronics Concept Designer(MCD)is a mechatronics concept design module relied on UG NX software system,and it's a mechatronic design platform for multi-disciplinary collaborative design and integrated simulation.The main work of this thesis is to design and research a working apparatus targeting coreless winding based on MCD platform,the main research contents are as follows:(1)First,it analyzes the traditional mechatronics design process and its shortcomings,and studies the MCD mechatronics design principle and virtual simulation technology.The system framework of the mechatronics design is constructed based on the MCD platform,and the components including system engineering,collaborative design and commissioning verification in the MCD-based mechatronics design are elaborated and analyzed.(2)By researching the coreless winding forming process requirements to start creating systems engineering activities,and the requirements,function and logic of the apparatus are analyzed and its design requirement,functional expression and logical flow are created.And based on the Teamcenter platform,a "Requirements-Functional-Logical" model(RFL model)of the apparatus is collaboratively established.And according to the function and logic,the compositional and operational principle scheme of the apparatus is designed.(3)The structural compositions including transferring,arranging,rolling and outputting mechanisms in the apparatus is designed,and the geometric model of each composition is modeled.The operation flow of the apparatus is designed,and the kinematics relationships among the mechanism parts are established,and the actions based on time and event are analyzed.The physical and motion attributes for the apparatus model are defined,the actuator and sensor attributes are created,and the simulation sequences are established by defining the time behavior and the event behavior,respectively,and the virtual simulation of the apparatus' s operation is completed,the simulation results proves the effectiveness of the apparatus' s operation.(4)In the MCD virtual environment,the virtual commissioning technology is used to commission and verify the model of the coreless winding forming apparatus.Combined with MCD,TIA Portal and PLC controller,the apparatus' s virtual commissioning system is established.By creating the apparatus' s signal mechanism and PLC control program in MCD and TIA Portal,respectively,and the apparatus' s components can operate under the commissioning settings.The feasibility of the design of apparatus is verified on the levels of structural compositions and behavioral actions.
