With the development of technology, single field design approaches cannot satisfythe needs of comprehensive design, as electromechanical integration products nowhave been involved in numerous fields such as mechanics, electronics and control.Therefore, a new electromechanical integration technology based on virtualprototyping which was applied into electromechanical integration emerged.The thesis focuses on electromechanical integration technology based onSolidWorks&LabVIEW virtual prototypes. It first unites SolidWorks and LabVIEWtogether tightly via the NI SoftMotion module to make a design condition ofelectromechanical integration based on SolidWorks-LabVIEW.Second, the thesis analyzes the modeling methods of the virtual prototype ofelectromechanical integration including mechanical modeling, electrical modeling andcontrol modeling. It also sets the basic method of Elecworks-SolidWorks as anexample to do research on the way of block design.Third, it studies simulation design of virtual prototypes of electromechanicalintegration including simulation design in mechanical, electrical and control fields andfinally gets the synthesis anal of those three fields.Finally, we introduce the ways how to get it from virtual prototype to reality,which makes arrangement for the virtual prototype via the NI CompactRIO to directlyguide the production manufacturingIn a word, electromechanical integration technology based on virtual prototypeswas proved by the experimental studies as an efficient way to settle the problems,which were encountered in the traditional design of electromechanical integrationproducts, shorten the production research cycle and provide a different technical way.
