With the gradual transformation from science and technology to productivity, thedevelopment of electromechatronic integration products involved in many fields such asmechanics,electronics and control. so the methods of the single field designing anddistrbuted modeling have been difficult to meet the comprehensive design requirementsof the product.by in-depth study of mechatronics technology and virtual prototypingtechnology,a new electromechatronic integration technology based on virtualprototyping technology which was applied into electromechatronic integrationemerged,it can meet the requirements of the interaction design of the electromechatronicproducts in various fields.The paper researches the virtual prototype mechatronic design technology based onSoildworks and LabVIEW. Soildworks and LabVIEW was tied closely via LabVIEWintegration some modules to make a the comprehensive design condition ofelectromechatronic integration based on Soildworks-LabVIEW.Second, the paper studies the modeling methods of the virtual prototype ofelectromechatronic integration including mathematical modeling, mechanical modeling,electrical modeling and the control algorithm design and simulation based on LabVIEWby the linear inverted pendulum.Finally,the paper focuses on the simulation design based on the virtual prototype ofelectromechatronic integration, including the fields of mechanical, electrical and control.and the further improves the way of the SolidWorks-LabVIEW joint design based onLabVIEW integrated the NI SoftMotion for SolidWorks module.so virtual prototypeable to complete the control desigh of complex system and significanfly improvereal-time and visibility.The example simulation experiment results show that the design way based onvirtual prototype electromechatronic integration can effectively solve the traditionalmechatronics product design meeting to some bottleneck problems such as complexcontrol algorithms, real-time and visibility. This way shorts the devlopment cycle of themechatronics product and saves the development costs for the design of productsproviding a new technical approach.
