| With the development of space and aircraft technology,the automatic testing capability and efficiency of telemetry ground stations have attracted more and more attention.In this context,this paper studies the key functions of a certain type of S-band telemetry ground station equipment,such as long time-consuming,low efficiency,equipment function check and test mode can not adapt to high-density normalization test tasks,etc.Automatic testing technology for key functions of station equipment,and automatic test software for key functions.Firstly,the demand analysis of the automatic test software for this type of telemetry ground station was carried out.From the interface,function,operating environment,performance requirements,combined with security and reliability,maintainability and portability,comprehensive analysis,to provide a basis for subsequent software detailed design and functional implementation.Second,the overall design of the automated test system.The design of key function automatic test system architecture,information flow and interface design was carried out.A design idea of automatic test system for telemetry ground station based on application flow and eXtensible Markup Language(XML)was proposed.Then,the software design of the key function is automatically tested.The XML-based automatic running protocol is designed.The description of the automatic running process is realized by XML.The design of the device state structure and the device state acquisition process are completed.The fault classification,fault storage format,fault handling and reporting process are studied.The design and principle of 14 key functional modules of the automatic test software are explained.Finally,the implementation and testing of the automatic test software was carried out,and the tests of each function were compared with the traditional methods.By comparison,the research solves the problem of inefficiency in the key function test of the telemetry ground station,shortens the task preparation cycle,effectively avoids human error and saves human resources investment,in the subsequent equipment transformation and new equipment development.It has great reference significance in the work. |
