The production mode of hydraulic components is converting from multitudinous standard parts to multi-varieties and small batches,which easily leads to the longer delivery data,low production efficiency and high inventory due to various products and difficult job shop scheduling.In order to solve the existing problems,this paper applies information technology to the traditional industrial field,and develops the Manufacturing Execution System for hydraulic component manufacturing workshop.Firstly,by combing the production process of hydraulic component manufacturing workshop and analysing the company's demands and existing problems,the overall framework of MES is constructed.Secondly,the information integration interface between MES and ERP is developed based on Web Service technology,which realizes the upload and download of enterprise information;For the difficulties in data acquisition of different kinds of machine tools,a data-acquisition module is developed to get the processing status of various types of equipment in real time;By Socket technology and protocol buffer format,the communication between MES server and client is realized,and the process completion progress can be tracked in real time;Then,the dynamic scheduling algorithm based on Multi-Agent and non-dominated sorting genetic algorithms is researched to realize the reasonable allocation of production resources and dynamic scheduling,which effectiveness and superiority are demonstrated by an example.Finally,the server and client software of MES for hydraulic component manufacturing workshop are developed based on Visual Studio 2012 development environment and SQL Server database software.The whole process is included in this system from order import,production scheduling to machine tool status,process information collection and transmission,which provides effective solutions of realizing the transparency of production process,improving workshop processing efficiency,shortening product production cycle and ensuring order delivery rate in hydraulic component manufacturing workshop.
