With the rapid development of information technology,the informatization wave has begun to sweep across various industries,and the manufacturing industry has also developed in the direction of informationization and intelligence.Many excellent industrial applications have been born to guide and optimize the production process However,the current data acquisition process in discrete manufacturing workshop has some shortcomings,such as imperfect data acquisition,lack of flexible and efficient transmission mode,which seriously limits the development and deployment process of industrial applications and reduces the accuracy of the results.Therefore,the study of multi-source heterogeneous data acquisition and data transmission mode is of great significance to fully grasp the various processes of industrial production,promote the improvement of production efficiency and reduce production costs.Firstly,this paper analyses the current research and implementation status of data acquisition and management system,and designs the functional framework of data acquisition system based on the characteristics of discrete manufacturing.In order to satisfy the bottom work of data acquisition system,a multi-channel data acquisition device is designed,which integrates serial port,Ethernet and Wi-Fi communication interface.The configuration software of data acquisition device is developed to facilitate customization of data acquisition project configuration.Then,in order to solve the data-oriented multi-application transmission and the variable demand of the industrial application for the underlying data of the shop floor,this paper uses the communication model based on the publish/subscribe mode to manage the data transmission and distribution process.A high-performance MQTT protocol message broker based on the publish/subscribe mechanism is designed,which completes the decoupling between data acquisition and industrial application development,and realizes flexible and efficient data transmission and distribution.Finally,combined with the data acquisition equipment mentioned above and the data transmission and distribution platform based on publish/subscribe communication model,the data acquisition project is deployed and configured for two industrial applications,and the aforementioned data acquisition and transmission scheme is tested comprehensively.
