With the popularity of mechanical equipment in the industrial field,the gearbox is becoming more and more important as a transmission mechanism,which directly relates to whether the mechanical equipment can operate normally.Generally,the factory maintain the gearbox by means of regular maintenance,which lacks the means of online monitoring of equipment status and intelligent evaluation and diagnosis.Therefore,in order to meet the actual needs of enterprises for their operational status assessment,this article is supported by the “Temperature Reduction Monitor Experimental Platform” project of JiangSu TaiLong Group and design a platform system for gearbox monitoring and diagnosis.The system monitors the running condition of the gearbox in real time with multi-source indicators such as temperature and vibration,and completes the evaluation of the equipment status through the indicator data,and based on the expert system to diagnose the abnormality and feedback.First,according to the indicators to be monitored,complete the design of the data collection scheme,and analyze the overall architecture and functional modules of the system.According to the corresponding analysis results,the corresponding database is designed to realize the classification and storage statistics of the data information.Then,based on the J2 EE platform and the specific MVC architecture,the system is developed,and it completes visualization of indicator data through ECharts.Then,research the equipment operation status evaluation,and introduce the equipment extension evaluation method.By establishing the matter element model,calculate the optimization value and determine the level of equipment state.Among them,the equipment index weights are calculated by subjective analytic hierarchy process and objective gray correlation degree method.Finally,build the expert system based on the Jess rule engine and complete the fault diagnosis work,at the same time complete the comprehensive display of the actual interface of each module of the system.The expert system is divided into two aspects: routine data(temperature,noise)relies on the Isolation Forest algorithm to complete its abnormal degree calculation,and then decomposes it into a credibility factor.The unconventional data is established by matching the evidence fact matrix with the fault fuzzy matrix,and inputting the unconventional rule base to make a comprehensive judgment.
