Friction and wear is the main cause of energy consumption and component failure.In order to study the relevant factors affecting friction and wear and improve the service life and efficiency of mechanical operating parts,the research and application of tribology are very important.He who would do good must first sharpen his tools.Therefore,this paper designed an electric servo loading friction and wear testing machine,respectively carried out the machine's mechanical structure design,loading system dynamic characteristics analysis,control circuit design and visual software system development based on Lab VIEW.Its main tasks include:(1)According to the indicators and loading function of the designed testing machine,as well as the advanced foreign friction and wear test structure characteristics and control principle,the design is divided into several modules,and uses the electric servo loading form with high loading precision,fast response speed,simple structure,excellent dynamic characteristics.After the design of 3d model of electric servo loading friction and wear testing machine with the use of 3d drawing software,the key parts such as spindle drive mechanism,X axis slide table mechanism jig mechanism of loading mechanism are selected and calculated,as well as the stress and strain analysis of the marble frame.(2)Analyze the dynamic characteristics of the electric servo loading,and establish the mathematical models of the driving system and the mechanical system respectively;Adaptive robust controller was designed to realize on-line estimation of unknown parameters,and compensate the external overall interference by using adaptive control law to finally set up the control system of the whole process of motor servo loading.By comparing and analyzing the conventional PD control simulation analysis,it is concluded that the robust adaptive control system has a faster speed,better dynamic characteristics and stronger anti-interference.Finally,the rationality of the loading system design is verified with the use of virtual prototyping technology,the simulation of the whole process of electric servo loading and the analysis of the simulation results.(3)According to the specification of electrical drawing,the electrical schematic diagram is drawn,and the measurement and control flow chart and data acquisition system based on Lab VIEW software are designed.Finally,the debugging and operation of the system is completed.In this paper,the mechanical structure design of the electric servo loading friction and wear testing machine is completed.The electrical schematic diagram and software flow chart of the measurement and control system as well as the data acquisition system based on Lab VIEW software are drawn,which provide useful references for the development and production of the following friction machine.
