In recent years,more and more disasters have been caused by friction and wear.In the process of friction and wear,the friction and wear testing machine is an indispensable tool.This thesis has developed a multi-function rotating friction and wear testing machine by the electromechanical integration technology,test and control technology and computer technology,the contact modes of the tester can be switched between the ball disk and the pin plate,it can carry out the friction and wear test in the maximum load of ION,the maximum speed of 1500r/min,the maximum temperature up to 300?,so as to explore the mechanism of friction and wear.Therefore,this subject has important practical significance and economic benefits.First of all,according to the design index and functional requirement of rotary friction and wear tester,the overall design scheme is determined,which consists of mechanical structure and measurement and control system.Then,this thesis completes the mechanical design of the rotating friction and wear test machine,including the loading system,clamping system,horizontal slide,transmission system,heating system,rack.It creates a 3D model by Creo2.0 to complete a virtual assembly,draws parts and assembly drawings with CAXA.It completes the rotary friction and wear test machine prototype manufacturing by machining and purchasing parts.Next,a special force sensor("H" type cantilever beam sensor)is designed for the developed test machine.The Ansys workbench simulation software is used for static analysis,path mapping analysis,linear analysis,harmonic response analysis,the sensitivity,the natural frequency and the amplitude of the sensor are obtained,and the optimal chip position is determined.It is proved that the output voltage and the force of the sensor are linearly connected,which indicates the good dynamic characteristics and Anti-partial load capacity.The error between the simulation result and the theoretical value is less than 10%,which proves that the developed sensor is feasible.Again,this thesis completes the rotating friction and wear test machine control system design:according to the test machine control system functional requirements,completes the hardware selection,motor control mode selection,PLC input and output and servo drive CN1 pin assignment,control system electrical schematic design,hardware wiring;This thesis paves the way for the software development by setting the parameters of servo driver;It completes control system software development based on the programmable controller test machine,achieves uniform and variable speed two conditions.Finally,this thesis completes the design of the data acquisition system of the rotating friction and wear tester.According to the performance index of the friction sensor,this thesis completes the selection of the excitation signal power,signal conditioning and data acquisition card.The user management and data acquisition are realized by the LabVIEW software program design with storage.
