The five anti logic rule is one of the most important contents in the technical specification for the computer anti misoperation and locking device.According to the electric connection mode,the operation mode of each interval has different stopping and sending requirements.In order to ensure the safety of power system equipment and personnel,it can greatly prevent the misoperation of power system.This thesis is aimed at the above problems,and aims to establish the standard five defense logic as the main research object.On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the previous anti error logic generation and the existing problems,we have made innovative and exploratory research on the problem.The main contents are as follows:1)studied the three sets of five sets of national grid's adjustment of power grid management structure.2)a detailed study of the impact of the establishment of standard five logic rules.3)detailed study of the acceptance of the current five manufacturers do not have a unified standard.4)studied the complexity of five generation logic generation and the correctness of generating five anti logic.5)the necessity of data unification of the five guard system configuration software is studied.6)the influence of 61850 diagrams and modules integration specification on power grid is studied.According to a large number of investigations,this paper analyzes the pain points of the five logic compiling,the difficulty of checking the logic,the five logic of each manufacturer,and the misoperation of the five logic errors,and the five logic error caused by the logic error,which leads to the inefficiency of operation and even the operation efficiency.To operate the wrong consequences seriously.The system supports the generation and inspection of the data of the centralized control station.It solved the limitation of the current five defense logic Bureau in the current station data.At present,there are no such solutions at home and abroad.In this paper,we aim to standardize five defense logic by reducing the five logic generation,checking the workload of logic checking and eliminating the error of five logic.For the standardization system of five anti logic,the main contents are as follows:1)five anti pattern integration system.2)five anti logic standardization verification system.3)five anti logic standardization generation system.In response to the above requirements,and respond to national power requirements for software.The goal of this system software is as follows:1)flexible,efficient and standard configuration of power equipment models.2)the running platform has the mainstream Linux and UNIX portability.3)open source free development platform and data storage network database.Through the trial operation of the system,it has achieved initial success.Taking 220 kV substation as a pilot project,it took several hours to produce logical data.It took only a few minutes for the logical inspection to take several hours.It took several hours to make a standardized logical checklist.It only takes tens of seconds.The system greatly reduces the input to human cost,and fully embodies the superiority of information system.
