2021 is the first year of my country's "14th Five-Year Plan".In the "14th Five-Year Plan",the goal and task of the new urbanization construction project-urban renewal clearly pointed out:"Complete the 219,000 buildings built before the end of 2000.With the continuous construction of cities in my country and the adjustment of industrial structure,the proportion of the tertiary industry is increasing,and a large number of industrial buildings have been idle and abandoned.This problem increasingly prominent,the idle industrial buildings have begun to receive national attention,and the urban development regulations from incremental development to stock development are also on the thesis.In the context of urban renewal and digital construction,the thesis aims to explore a new mode of renovation for general industrial buildings and optimize the traditional renovation process.First,the thesis analyzes the cutting-edge parametric construction methods and software algorithm principles.Secondly,the article disassembles the parametric logic,proposes an algorithm logic,and uses the algorithm logic to divide the general industrial building skin shape.The research method mainly relies on the parametric software Grasshopper for model generation and program writing.The research object is set in general industrial buildings,and the skin morphological units are divided into standardized and non-standardized.Theoretically sort out the principles that need to be followed in the skin renovation of industrial buildings and the advantages of parametric intervention,and lead to follow-up models and strategies through classification and paving.The core part starts from the perspective of modeling logic.By analyzing the skin shape of the original industrial building,it is clear which instructions to reconstruct which skin units,the main types of algorithms involved in the process,and the internal and external effects of the skin shape during the reconstruction process.In the main parameters,the concept of point,line and surface is further applied to the specific building units to be constructed,and the explanation is based on the results,and the results of the six types of parametric models after the transformation are displayed,and the rest rarely exist in the skin shape of the original industrial building.The special parameterization algorithm based on the method is also summarized side by side with the results of the six categories,and finally the data is displayed and deployed to generate the reconstruction strategy of the skin shape of the industrial building and the corresponding algorithm workflow under the influence of the parameterization logic.In the follow-up,we will select specific industrial buildings that are suitable for renovation,apply the morphological design strategies summarized above,obtain models,reconstruct and obtain a new type of skin with parametric style,discuss and scrutinize various results,and finally determine the renovation through software collaboration.The final skin shape with high adaptability and high feasibility is completed,the entire design is completed,and the specific strategies and algorithm workflows are simultaneously implemented in the skin shape transformation of actual general industrial buildings.The methods and methods of purely parametric skin shape and theoretical industrial building skin transformation have been studied by predecessors,but it is worth discussing how parametric workflow is applied to the transformation of industrial building skin shape.The reason for discussing the transformation of the skin shape of industrial buildings under the parametric logic is that the two are well integrated,and the intervention of computer engineering is well suited to the needs of the new era of building transformation.The new strategy will give the transformation process a wider breadth.The parametric workflow can also be further developed to tap the potential of the software,so the advantages of the two complement each other.The research focus of this thesis is the reconstruction control process based on the Grasshopper platform and general industrial buildings,so the rest of the parametric software and the rest of the historical heritage will not be discussed too much.
