With the improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of urban architecture,elevator system has become essential in life and is undergoing a process of transition to the elevator group.However,the traditional elevator group control system can not fully meet the current needs,and several key technologies still need to be solved or improved.Aiming at the shortage of existing elevator group control system,This paper presents and studies a speed regulation algorithm of multi-on-line motor drive control system,the software design of main controller DSP and the logic design of FPGA.The main work and results are as follows:(1)The shortcomings and shortcomings of the traditional single elevator and elevator group control system architecture are analyzed.A new multi-line motor drive control system architecture based on DSP+FPGA is proposed,which can effectively improve the overall execution efficiency of the group control system;(2)Aiming at the requirement that the traditional PI controller can not balance the stability,rapidity and anti-interference ability of the elevator,a fuzzy adaptive PI controller is proposed and designed.The simulation results show that the controller can effectively improve the performance of the elevator control system;(3)The main control software of multi-line motor drive control system based on DSPTMS320F28335 microprocessor is designed.The software modules such as traction machine condition monitoring,current closed-loop control,speed closed-loop control and communication are completed;(4)The auxiliary system of multi-line motor drive control system based on FPGAEP2C8Q208C8 is designed.The data processing module based on three-stage pipeline structure,the PWM waveform generation module based on comparator and the fault interlock protection circuit are completed.The actual system test results show that the drive control system software and auxiliary system designed in this paper can achieve the expected results and achieve the expected performance indicators.
