This paper took a certain unmanned vehicle-mounted machine gun system as the research object,carries out the work of vehicle-gun system launch dynamics modeling and simulation analysis,and analyzed the launch dynamics characteristics of vehicle-gun system under different working conditions.Firstly,according to the body structure of a remote control tracked unmanned vehicle,the overall design scheme of the unmanned vehicle-mounted machine gun system was proposed,the structural design of the vehicle-mounted weapon platform was carried out,the pitching,azimuth adjustment and remote control launch functions of the weapon platform were realized,and the three-dimensional model of the unmanned vehicle-mounted machine gun system was established.Secondly,the ABAQUS finite element software was used to check the strength of the key parts of the platform`s transmission mechanism,and the modal analysis of the unmanned vehicle-mounted machine gun system was carried out to obtain the natural frequency and mode of the first 6 modes of this system.Furthermore,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model of the unmanned vehicle-mounted machine gun system is established by using ADAMS software.The simulation script is used to apply the action load of the machine gun burst firing.The simulation script was written to apply the action load of the machine gun during continuous firing,and the launch dynamics simulation analysis was carried out under different working conditions.Finally,tried to manufacture the prototype of the vehicle-mounted machine gun system,and the live-fire shooting test was carried out.The high-speed camera was used to record the launch process of the prototype.Used the ProAnalyst high-speed motion analysis software to obtain the displacement data of the muzzle bounce of the vehicle-mounted machine gun system under different shooting modes and different shooting directions.The data was compared with the simulation analysis results to verify the effectiveness of the simulation model.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for further optimizing the structure of the platform and improving the shooting stability of the vehicle-mounted machine gun.
