With the progress and maturity of various related application technologies,it is the general trend to apply unmanned combat platform to modern warfare in a systematic and large scale.In this paper,a small ground unmanned combat platform equipped with a pistol is designed and analyzed.First of all,according to the requirements of the relevant technical indicators of the unmanned combat platform,the scheme is designed to make it have the functions of stable clamping,adjusting firing angle,automatic firing,automatic ejection,long-distance communication and so on.Solid modeling is carried out by 3D modeling software.Then,the interior ballistic parameters of the pistol mounted on the unmanned platform are calculated,and the static simulation analysis of the key parts of the unmanned platform is carried out by using Abaqus software and Hypermesh software,and the structural strength of the key parts is verified.Without considering the uncontrollable random factors such as the clearance between the suspension system parts and the pitch adjustment mechanism,the automatic mode of the vehicle chassis suspension system and the firearms is reasonably simplified.The rigid flexible coupling model of the unmanned combat platform is established by using Adams dynamic simulation software.The launch dynamics characteristics of the ideal simulation model of the unmanned platform under three conditions of firing angles of 0 °,17 ° and 30 ° are simulated and analyzed.Then,the actual launch dynamics characteristics of the unmanned platform are obtained through the physical experiment of the prototype.Through the comparative analysis of simulation results and experimental results,we can see that:The time of gun ejection is earlier than muzzle jumping time,so the accuracy of gun firing is not affected;When the gun recoil force has a certain vertical downward component force under the conditions of medium and big angle firing angle,the uncontrollable random factors such as the clearance of suspension system parts and the clearance of pitch angle adjusting mechanism have obvious influence on the muzzle jumping law.
