| Spherical audio and video information acquisition terminal is one of the hotspots in the field of wireless reconnaissance equipment. This kind of information acquisition equipment is quite suitable for the closed environment of reconnaissance,anti-terrorism,explosion clearance, disaster relief and other occasions. In this paper, the research status and development trend of remote control reconnaissance instrument are investigated firstly. Then the application environment and functional requirements of the system are analysed, and the key technical parameters are proposed. In order to achieve the above goals,an embedded wireless audio and video signal acquisition system is designed.A high-performance microcontroller STM32F7 series chip based on ARM Cortex-M7 architecture is used as MCU in this system, and a FPGA chip is selected as coprocessor.Through four different orientation CMOS cameras,360 degree without dead angle image acquisition is carried out.The acquisition of digital audio signal is completed by an electret microphone and audio coding module.ATWINC1500 wireless module is selected to construct Wi-Fi transmission scheme.Audio data, video data and control signals are sent and received through this module. As a wireless hotspot, the system can support multiple terminal access with WLAN function, and can be quickly transplanted to other fields.Through the specific design of hardware and software, the system is applied to a spherical reconnaissance equipment, and the feasibility of the design is verified by hardware test, system debugging and experiment. The test and experimental results show that the system has stable performance and can adapt to the ambient temperature in the range of-20 degrees Celsius to 50 degrees Celsius. The maximum wireless transmission distance of the system can be 100 meters while the normal communication are maintained, and the system also has the ability to penetrate obstacles. Therefore, this system has strong practicability and meets the design requirements. |
