With the continuous advancement of the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry,automobile technology is changing with each passing day.nowadays,the automobile tends to develop in the direction of low carbonization,informatization and intelligence.In the face of the development of automotive technology and structural changes,the automotive maintenance industry will also face an update of maintenance technology.The secondary vocational vehicle application and maintenance major mainly trains first-line technical workers for automobile maintenance enterprises.Facing the trend of industry transformation,the cultivation of auto repair skills will also change.This research has always focused on how to improve the skills of secondary vocational vehicle application and maintenance students.Firstly,the literature method is used,the literatures on the training of automobile maintenance personnel inland and abroad and the literature on the development trend of automobile technology are reviewed.Summarize the current status of training of domestic and foreign auto repair talents.Clarify the status quo and future development trend of automotive technology.By reviewing the literature on skills research at home and abroad.Divide the auto repair skills into soft and hard skills according to the skill type.Hard skills include professional basics,professional core skills and professional development skills.Secondly,I analyze the internal relationship between the development of the automobile industry and the reform of the auto repair industry.What's more,I also analyze the relationship between the reform of the auto repair industry and the cultivation of auto repair talents to establish the direction of improving the skills of secondary vocational auto repair students.Re-integrated with automobile development trend analysis and enterprise research,interviews with old teachers of secondary vocational auto repair,and questionnaires for vocational auto repair students,based on the skill needs of enterprises and the skill needs of industrial development,the current status of the skills of vocational service students is measured.Identify the inadequacies of student skills and analyze specific causes,and analyze the specific reasons for the lack of skills of vocational students in secondary school.Look for reasons from the perspectives of talent training objectives,teaching models,teaching equipment,and teacher status.Finally,based on the present,look to the future,in order to meet the current talent needs of enterprises and to take the future of auto repair skills into account.Combined with the specific cases of several secondary vocational schools such as Z,H,D,etc.,put forward a targeted strategy for the specific situation of the lack of skills for the vocational auto repair students.Through the information-based teaching to assist the teaching of the basic theoretical knowledge of the professional,through the campus factory and VR training to enhance the professional core skills,through professional community activities to enhance professional development skills.Incorporate the improvement of soft skills into the whole process of skill improvement,and guide them in the process of skill improvement.This research provides a reference for the training direction and training mode of the professional and practical personnel of secondary vocational vehicles.The skill improvement strategy of this research provides a new perspective and new strategy for the school-enterprise collaborative education model and the sustainable development of students' careers in the vocational application and maintenance of secondary vocational schools.At the same time,it also provides reference for the research on the skills promotion strategies of relevant professionals in secondary vocational schools.
