With the increasing tension of energy supply and the increasingly serious environmental problems,the energy structure adjustment,the energy efficiency improvement,and the environmental friendliness have received increasing attention from the state.the application of distributed energy system has increased year by year.Building-type distributed energy system is characterized by strong integration,multiple influencing factors and high complexity.Therefore,it is of great engineering significance to explore the design and optimization methods of building-type distributed energy system.In this paper,the software platform of building-type distributed energy system version 1.0 is built and designed by uses the method of computer programming,and the function of the software to optimize and analyze the energy system is realized by combining the theoretical knowledge of distributed energy system.The index method and De ST software simulation method are used to carry out load forecast on a 36000m~2office building in Tianjin.The forecast results are analyzed and studied to obtain the load characteristics of the office building.The cooling load of the building is mainly concentrated from May to October,and the heat load is concentrated in from December to March of the following year,the electrical load changes cyclically throughout the year.The results obtained by the De ST software simulation method verify the reliability of the index method results,and provide a reference for the final design value of the engineering example.This paper introduces the configuration strategy of the building-type distributed energy system and the typical configuration plan of the equipment,focusing on the analysis and comparison of the natural gas distributed energy system configuration plan with gas turbine and gas internal combustion engine as the prime mover,and clarifying their respective working principles and applications Characteristics,and these two systems are used in office buildings as engineering examples to verify the reliability of the software.The system configuration strategy is to choose two methods:heat-determined electricity and heat-determined electricity,and analyzes the system indicators under different configuration strategies.Taking gas turbine and gas internal combustion engine as an example,the relationship between equipment capacity and power generation efficiency is established based on the idea and method of mathematical modeling,and other common parameters of the system are listed to provide data support for the optimization model.On this basis,the establishment of an optimization model is explained in four parts:optimization variables,objective functions,constraints and optimization algorithms,which provide theoretical support for the development of optimization software.Then introduce the software development tools and processes.Combining with equipment data and optimization model,a set of building-type distributed energy system software for design optimization can be developed.Taking an office building in Tianjin as an example,a comparative analysis was conducted on the system with gas turbine and gas internal combustion engine as the prime movers.The results are obtained by inputting parameters such as load,and compared with the sub-supply system and the unoptimized building-type distributed energy system.The results show that,compared with the sub-supply system,the comprehensive efficiency of the building-type distributed energy system with gas turbine as the prime mover is 0.21,which has better overall performance;compared with the unoptimized building-type distributed energy system,the overall efficiency of the optimized system Increased by 31.3%,reflecting the superiority of the optimized system and verifying the reliability of the software..At the same time,the software has set a price sensitivity analysis,taking electricity prices and natural gas prices as consideration factors.The results show that within a certain range,as electricity prices rise and natural gas prices fall,the system’s primary energy saving rate increases.
