As China's rapid economic development,urbanization and consumer spending to speed up the process,large-scale commercial building also will accelerate the growth rate.Large-scale commercial building energy efficiency is the focus of China's building energy-saving areas.Distributed energy system can achieve different grades of energy cascade utilization,is the future of urban construction energy supply the main mode.Distributed energy with high energy efficiency,safe,reliable,economical and flexible,clean and environmentally friendly.With the increasing penetration of natural gas,natural gas as the fuel of the distributed energy system is the most widely used.In recent years,China has also made significant progress in the field of distributed natural gas.Based on the analysis of the cold and heat load of the building,this paper analyzes and compares the system configuration and the operation plan,and finds out the optimal design.At last,from the aspects of environmental impact and energy efficiency,this paper analyzes the natural gas distributed energy system of Zhenxi Business Plaza in Shijiazhuang City.This paper evaluates the system and demonstrates the advantages and applicability of the distributed natural gas energy system in the large-scale commercial buildings with diversified functions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the application of distributed energy at home and abroad,introduces two successful cases of domestic distributed energy system,and briefly outlines the problems and difficulties in the development of distributed energy in China.Zhenxi Business Plaza is a multi-purpose commercial buildings.For different purposes of construction,the use of hourly load factor method were calculated for each functional area of the cold,heat,electricity load and cumulative load.Then,the equipment system which is most suitable for this case is designed from the characteristics,performance and technical parameters and economy of the distributed energy system equipment.The system operation mode is determined according to the building use,energy category and operation time.Through the system operating parameters,calculate the results of energy-saving emission reduction,to further calculate the comprehensive utilization of primary energy and energy-saving rate.In this paper,the application of natural gas distributed energy system in multifunctional commercial building complex is analyzed in detail,which can play a reference role in the research and application of energy saving and emission reduction in such projects and fields.
