Investigation And Research On Factors Affecting The Demand For Marine Aquaculture Insurance In Qingdao

As a kind of agricultural insurance,marine aquaculture insurance has received a lot of attention in recent years.As a major city for aquaculture products,Qingdao is not fully developed in its risk protection system for marine aquaculture.Therefore,Qingdao attaches great importance to the development of marine aquaculture insurance.The Ocean and Fisheries Bureau of Qingdao has repeatedly pointed out that the marine aquaculture insurance should be vigorously developed and implemented.However,due to the complexity of marine aquaculture production,this insurance is difficult to popularize.This article will study the demand market for marine aquaculture insurance in Qingdao through questionnaires,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the development of the insurance.This article takes the demand for marine aquaculture insurance as the research object,and uses questionnaires to study the relationship between the demand for insurance and the basic conditions of farmers,risk status,cognitive level,and government role.This paper selects Qingdao Cheng yang District,Huang dao District,and Lao shan District as the survey sites,and then statistics and summary data.Finally,using the SPSS software to perform logistic binary regression on the data,the most influential factors are obtained.After analysis,among the 13 variables selected in this paper,the four variables of gender,education level,aquaculture area and expected subsidy ratio were excluded from the significance test when they were analyzed by one-way ANOVA.Among the nine variables selected,the four factors of age,breeding period,risk frequency,and degree of risk loss have no significant effect on the decision-making of marine aquaculture insurance.While the five factors of the proportion of aquaculture income,the proportion of risk losses,the degree of insurance understanding,the importance of insurance,and the impact of government subsidies will have an important impact on the demand for marine aquaculture insurance.Both of these five factors are positively related to the demand for insurance,that is,with the increase of these factors,the farmers' insurance demand will also be enhanced.
