Rice is an important food crop in China.The mechanization of planting is an inevitable trend.At present,in the northern regions of China,the research on the planting technology and equipment of the rice covered with biodegradable membranes has certain significance for controlling weeds,saving water,and raising the temperature.The technology is to first adhere the rice seed to the biodegradable membrane according to agricultural technical requirements,and then lay the degradable membrane with good seed on the ground surface to complete the rice sowing operation.Compared with ordinary direct broadcast technology,rice cultivation using degradable membranes can effectively control weeds in the field,while rice growth period is prolonged and yield is stable.In order to realize the field placement of degradable membranes,it is very important to use the supporting rice seed film direct broadcast machinery.This paper aims at the characteristics of the live film of rice degradable film in Liaoning Province,and conducts the research and optimization of the rice seed film direct seeding machinery.With reference to the existing seed film direct seeding machinery,the field filming operation is performed,the effect of the operation is analyzed,and an improved design scheme is proposed.Through the related theoretical analysis and experimental research,a new generation of rice seed film machine was developed and played an important role in the live broadcast of rice.Based on the literature review of the domestic rice paddy direct broadcast machinery and related coating machinery,the paper uses a combination of theory and experiment.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows::(1)The adaptability of rice seed film operation mode in cold and cool area of northeast China was analyzed.In April 2017,field seeding was carried out at 4 test sites in northeast China to study the effect of rice seed film broadcast on rice growth period.Effect of direct seeding film on tillering of rice;The effect of rice seed film broadcast on rice yield and its constituent factors;Problems existing in the operation of rice seed film broadcasting machine.(2)Principle analysis of existing ShuiDaoZhong membrane on the machine structure,parameter analysis,through the whole machine structure analysis and the preliminary effect of live test of membrane,covering effect,put forward to structure improvement scheme,optimization design,the main working parts include: rotary tillage device turns the soil,soil conveyer,machine balancing adjustment device and clod crushing plant four parts.(3)Live by ShuiDaoZhong membrane machine rotary digging the covering device of cutting tool motion analysis,digging the get knife plate can effectively cut hydraulic rod for adjustment.Effect of soil drainage device designed to carry on the top of the conveyor belt,the tilt Angle of the natural soil drainage trough,unpowered groove have broken soil roller installation location,to strike,clod crushing,reduce lay on top of membrane and clods,as far as possible to make it into a powder soil.(4)Live for the improved ShuiDaoZhong membrane machine performance experiment was carried out,through the performance test to study the relationship between the test parameters and test index,so as to get all influence the live ShuiDaoZhong film machine operation performance of primary and secondary factors of sequence and test parameters,the optimal combination.The experiments include single factor test and multifactor orthogonal test for the combination of soil moisture,soil turning thickness,conveyor belt coaxial sprocket speed.Through the single-factor test,the optimal combination of parameters of rice seed film broadcasting machine was obtained: soil moisture was 20%,soil turning depth was 12 mm,and conveyor belt coaxial speed was 160r/min.Through multi-factor orthogonal experiment analysis,at the same time through comprehensive weighted score late processing,it is concluded that meet the test index of the optimal combination parameter for soil moisture 18%,digging depth of 12 mm,conveyor belt coaxial speed 160 r/min.Finally,the experiment was carried out to verify that the seedling rate met the requirements,and the operation of rice seed film live-broadcasting machine was reliable.
