In order to solve the problem of air suction seeder fan pressure supply in the process of sowing,this paper carried out an experimental study on air suction seeder fan and realized the optimization of the existing air suction seeder fan.The main research contents are as follows:The structure and working principle of the 2BMG series no-till precision seeding machine are clarified.The working principle of wind pressure in the actual sowing operation and the process of the seeding system collaboratively completing the seeding operation are applied to the UG software.(1)The structure and working principle of 2BMG no-tillage precision seeder are introduced,and the structure and working principle of fan impeller,drive system,volute and collector are clarified.(2)FLUENT software was applied to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of the fan under different number of blades,radius of the cochlear tongue and installation Angle of the blade outlet,respectively.Performance curves of the fan under different structural parameters were obtained,which provided reference for the next simulation test research.(3)In leaf number,radius of volute tongue,outlet blade installation Angle for factors,fan inlet pressure,the shaft power as the index,orthogonal rotation combination multifactor simulation experiment,established the regression equation of the various factors on the performance indexes,discusses the influence law of various factors on the performance indexes,it is concluded that the primary and secondary factors influencing the performance index,determined the optimal structure parameters.(4)The fan bench test is carried out with optimized structural parameters to obtain the inlet pressure and shaft power of the fan and verify the accuracy of the simulation results.At the same time,the performance parameters such as air volume,full pressure,static pressure,shaft power and efficiency were obtained through measurement and calculation,and the performance curve of the fan was determined.
