Research On The Transition And Development Of Marine Fisheries In Zhuanghe City

As one of the forerunners and pillar industries of marine economy,the transformation and development of marine fishery is related to the high-quality development of China’s marine economy as a whole.The transformation and upgrading of marine fishery is not only conducive to enlarge the market scale of aquatic products in our country and satisfy the supply of "vegetable basket",but also plays an important role in perfecting the national modern agricultural system and building the "blue granary".Due to the resource-dependent characteristics of traditional marine fisheries,their economic growth often leads to the depletion of resources and the decline of carrying capacity.Without scientific control,fishery production is bound to be out of order,fishermen do not have a life,fishing villages decline,the development of marine fisheries is facing the question of industrial transformation and upgrading.Title In order to fully implement the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress,significantly enhance the economic quality advantages of marine fisheries,maintain a more stable and harmonious society,and promote the high-quality development of marine fisheries in coastal cities and counties.Based on the perspective of industrial transformation,industrial agglomeration and sustainable development,this paper puts forward concrete suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of marine fisheries in Zhuanghe city by means of combining theory with practice on the basis of the transformation and development of marine fisheries in Zhuanghe city as the main research subjects.Strengthen the position of Zhuanghe fishery in Liaoning Province,promote the competitiveness of Zhuanghe marine fishery in the whole country.For many years,Zhuanghe City has been aimed at building a national-level marine economic development demonstration zone.Through the supply-side structural reform of fisheries,the structural transformation and upgrading of fishery industry has been realized,and remarkable results have been achieved.However,compared with coastal cities and counties belonging to Shandong,Guangdong and other foreign marine fisheries powers such as Norway and Japan,there is still a considerable gap.Therefore,Zhuanghe City must speed up the pace of reform and clarify the objectives of the reform in accordance with its own advantages.Speed up the pace of transformation and upgrading of marine fisheries,as soon as possible into the national marine fisheries in the ranks of strong cities.In this paper,a large number of domestic and foreign research data on the development of marine fisheries are summarized and combed.On this basis,the marine fisheries management departments and enterprises of Zhuanghe City are visited and investigated.It is found that the problem of marine fishery transformation in Zhuanghe City is restricted not only by the shortage of fishery resources,the reduction of fishery waters,the inadequate construction of fishery equipment and infrastructure,and the insufficient support of the government in the transformation and upgrading of marine fisheries industry.There are still many dilemmas to face.Based on the experiences of Norway and Japan,the author puts forward some suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of marine fisheries in Zhuanghe City,such as strengthening the protection of fishery resources and ecology,reasonably strengthening government support,and increasing the training of fishery talents and so on.
