This paper studies the application of organic fertilizer combined with deep loosening on the physical properties of soil,the growth,nutrient absorption and yield of corn,and provides the theoretical basis for scientific cultivation technology for corn production.In the field experiment,three treatments were set up: treatment 1(CK)was empty fertilizer area,without any fertilizer;treatment 2(T1)was control area,adopting local conventional cultivation mode,rotary tillage and ridge,the depth of rotary tillage was 15cm;treatment 3(T2)was deep loosening combined with organic fertilizer,the depth of deep loosening was 25-30 cm in large area,and the amount of organic fertilizer was 15 t / ha.The test results show that:1.In terms of physical properties of soil,the application of organic fertilizer(T2)combined with deep loosening can significantly increase soil water content,reduce soil bulk density and increase soil porosity in corn field.There was no significant difference in plant height,stem diameter and dry matter weight between T2 and T1 in the growth and development of Maize at all growth stages;T2 treatment increased 55.4% and 19.2% compared with CK and T1 treatment.2.In terms of nutrient absorption of maize,the application of organic fertilizer(T2)in combination with deep loosening improved the accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in grains at maturity.The proportion of nitrogen accumulation in grains of harvest was 12.3% and 3.1% higher than that of CK and T1,respectively.The proportion of phosphorus accumulation in grains of harvest was 10.8% higher than that of T1,and the proportion of potassium accumulation in grains of harvest was 22.9% higher than that of T1.In the utilization rate of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,T2 treatment was 61.9%,62.4% and 16.0% higher than T1 treatment.Application of organic fertilizer in combination with deep loosening can improve the utilization rate of corn fertilizer.3.In the yield index of maize,T2 decreased the water content of maize grain,and increased the weight of single ear and the rate of seed production.Compared with T1,the yield of maize increased by 21.39%.Based on the above analysis,the soil physical properties can be improved,the nutrient absorption can be promoted,and the fertilizer utilization rate and yield can be improved.
