Soybean is widely planted as the main crop in China.Therefore,how to make China's soybean high and stable yield is still one of the main directions of crop discipline research.With the development of science and technology,the research and development and application of various plant growth regulators have opened a new direction for increasing soybean yield.Therefore,in order to clarify the effects of the four kinds of growth regulators combined with trace elements on the growth and development of soybeans,and to promote the application of composite growth regulators in production,This study was carried out at Heshan Farm in Heilongjiang Province from 2019.Heihe 43 was used as the experimental material.Set 6 chemical control compounding schemes as follows:(1)Melatonin + trace element(M);(2)Kinetin + trace element(K);(3)Uniconazole + trace element(S);(4)Chlormequat + trace element(C);(5)melatonin + kinetin+ trace elements(M + K);(6)uniconazole + chlormequat + trace elements(S + C).To study the combined application of melatonin,kinetin,uniconazole,chlormequat and trace elements Mo,Si,Ca on agronomic traits,photosynthesis and fluorescence characteristics,dry matter accumulation,nutrient absorption,lodging resistance and yield influences.The results showed that:1.The combination of regulators and trace elements can improve the agronomic characteristics of soybean.Compared with CK,in the early growth period,the height of the plants treated with uniconazole and chitosan S,C,S + C was lower than that of CK,and the ratio of plant height treated with melatonin and kinetin M,K,M + K was higer than that of CK.The combination of four growth regulators and trace elements can increase the leaf area,root length,root dry weight,root-shoot ratio,root nodule dry weight,and nodule fresh weight of each plant.The average increase of each index is 7.9%~19.7%,5.7%~14.1%,15.0%~33.6%,4.7%~7.3%,15.6%~33.4%,23.4%~40.7%.Comprehensive analysis showed that the effects of the combination of uniconazole and chlormequat on the root system were significant.2.Combination of plant growth regulators and trace elements can improve photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics.Compared with CK,the combination of the four growth regulators and trace elements increased the net photosynthetic rate Pn,transpiration rate Tr,intercellular CO2 concentration Ci,and stomatal conductance Gs of soybean leaves at the seedling stage,the initial stage of pod formation,and the drum stage.The average increase of each index was14.4%~41.9%,11.3%~26.7%,0.7%~13.0%,16.9%~41.3%;all treatments can improve the seedling stage,early pod formation,and bulging stage leaves ?PS?,ETR,Fv / m and Fv / o values,the average increase was 18.7%~61.7%,18.8%~62.4%,6.2%~11.4%,33.8~ 65.6%.3.The combination of regulators and trace elements can promote plant nutrient accumulation.Compared with CK,each treatment has a positive regulation effect on the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium in the grain and the accumulation amount.4.The combination of regulators and trace elements can enhance the lodging resistance of soybean.Compared with CK,the combined application of the four plant growth regulators with trace elements can increase the stalk resistance,stalk puncture,and crush resistance.The effect of regulating the resistance of stems from 1 to 5 nodes was significant,and the effects of regulating resistance to bending and puncture reached a significant level between the 4th and 5th nodes of the base.Among them,uniconazole and quanquat had a significant effect on the lodging resistance of stems.5.The combination of regulators and trace elements can increase yield and economic benefits.compared with CK,S + C and S treatment can significantly increase the number of soybeans per plant and the number of pods per plant.Compared with CK,the growth rates are 12.3%-22.1%,19.3%-20.7%;The 100-grain weight of each treatment was higher than that of CK,which increased the yield by 3.8%,1.8%,20.2%,5.9%,11.6%,and 22.7% respectively.The control effect of constituent factors is better.And the economic benefits of Uniconazole + Trace Element(S),Uniconazole and Squambo + Trace Element(S+C),Kinetin and Melatonin + Trace Element(M+K)were increased by 257 ~ 1043 yuan / hm compared to CK,so it can be applied in actual production.In summary,the four growth regulators combined with trace elements can increase photosynthetic gas exchange parameters,improve fluorescence indicators,promote plant dry matter and nutrient accumulation,improve soybean lodging resistance,and increase pod and grain number per plant,Increase soybean yield.In this test,uniconazole 20 mg / L + quanquat10 mg / L combined with trace elements has the best effect,and the economic benefits are considerable,which is suitable for practical production applications.
