Study On Suitable Sowing Date And Well Depth For Well Cellar Transplanting Of Flue-cured Tobacco

Field experiments were conducted with two factors of seeding transplanting time, the depth of the well cellar, the effect of different treatments on the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco, growth, physiological index, environmental impact, the intrinsic chemical composition of tobacco physical characteristics of coordination and economic characters of flue-cured, the results show that:1 Early sowing and transplanting can make the tobacco at different growth stages of tobacco harvest in advance ahead of 3-6d,3-5d. Effects of sowing time and transplanting the well pit depth of root extending stage, the rosette stage vigorous growing period traits, weaken the effects on Agronomic Traits of tobacco topping period.2 In contrast to conventional transplanting, the well cellar transplanting has good thermal insulation effect, heat preservation effect is rainy and cloudy well cellar transplantingis more obvious. Comparison of different depth of the well cellar, cellar wells deep well cellar temperature minimum 12cm, deep 18cm temperature of the well cellar temperature is highest, deep 15cm.3 The well cellar transplanting could increase leaf chlorophyll content; the upper leaf net photo synthetic rate, stomatal conductance, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate showed early sowing is higher than that of the conventional transplanting. With the well pit depth increased, decreased POD and SOD activity; early sowing and transplanting of tobacco leaf POD and SOD activity is higher than that of the conventional transplanting time.4 Early sowing and transplanting the well cellar type can improve the physical characteristics of tobacco leaves cured lower. Comprehensive view, advance the well cellar transplanting depth of 12cm on physical properties of optimal, normal time of transplanting the well cellar deep 18 cm the worst.5 The well cellar transplanting can reduce the nicotine, total nitrogen, starch and total sugar, potassium content, chlorine content increased. Synthesis of B2F, C3F, X2F three grades of tobacco leaves, early transplanting pit deep well 12cm is relatively more coordinated chemical composition.6 Sowing and transplanting period and the depth of the well cellar suitable can increase the yield, average price and output of A1B1, the proportion of superior tobacco and superior comprehensive performance, that suitable early sowing and transplanting the shallow depth of the well cellar is conducive to improve the yield and quality of flue cured tobacco.Comprehensive evaluation,12 days ahead of time and 8 days before sowing, membrane under the well cellar type planting depth and depth of the well cellar was the best combination of 12cm cultivation.
