China is a big country of sugar beet production,but the level of mechanization of sugar beet production is low,especially in the harvesting process,which has high requirements for timeliness.The efficiency and quality of harvesting machinery have become important factors restricting the production of sugar beet in my country.Therefore,improve the mechanization of sugar beet harvesting Level is particularly important for the development of my country's sugar beet industry.At present,segmented harvesting is the main method of mechanized harvesting in my country.There are many types of harvesting machinery,and the quality of operation is uneven.Especially when harvesting in areas with high soil moisture content in northern my country,there are poor root cleaning effects,root damage and roots.Congestion in the transportation leads to problems such as the decrease of the working capacity of the unit.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the conveyor cleaning device of the 4TS sugar beet excavator,The structure and parameters of the key components of the conveyor cleaning device are optimized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The soil characteristics and planting conditions in northern China were investigated,and the advantages and disadvantages of conveying and cleaning device applied in sugar beet harvesting equipment at home and abroad were analyzed.Combined with the structure of 4ts sugar beet excavator,the problems existing in the operation of conveying and cleaning device,its structural characteristics and applicable environment,the overall design of beet conveying and cleaning device was determined.(2)The key components and structure of the conveying cleaning device are designed and calculated,determine the necessary conditions for the work of the conveyor and the speed range,and optimize the conveyor rod matching method.The bends are arranged alternately,and the height difference between the upper and lower bending rods is 32 mm.According to the feeding amount of the 2-row beet excavator,a 3-screw roller cleaner is selected,and the rotation speed of the spiral roller is determined to be 540r/min.Explore the movement of the conveyor chain and the sugar beet root mixture during the conveying and cleaning process,and determine the main factors that affect the sugar beet harvest quality and the harvest efficiency of the unit and the working parameter range of key components.(3)Combined with the actual harvesting process,ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the movement of the sugar beet during the transportation process,determine the horizontal inclination range of the conveyor and the ground,simulate and analyze the conveyor chain according to the conveyor parameters determined by the theoretical research,and verify the conveyor structure and parameters Reasonableness.(4)Taking the damage rate and impurity rate as the evaluation index,taking the linear speed of the conveyor chain,the speed of the feeder and the horizontal angle between the conveyor and the ground as the test factors,the single factor test is carried out.On the basis of single factor test,orthogonal rotation combination test was carried out,and the experimental data were processed by using the software of design expert 10.0.7.The optimal parameter combination was as follows,field experiments were carried out to verify and compare with the experimental data before optimization.The results show that the damage rate is 3.3%,and the impurity rate is 4.7%.The comparison test before and after the optimization shows that the damage rate and impurity rate are reduced by 0.5% and 1.3% respectively.The optimized 4TS beet beet excavator in this paper reduces the beet damage rate and impurity rate,and provides a reference for the design and optimization of the beet excavator's conveyor cleaning device.
