Effect Of Electroacupuncture "Neiguan" Preconditioning On Serum Metabolites In Rats With Myocardial Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

Objective :To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at “Neiguan”(PC 6)point on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(MIRI)rats in metabolites of serum based on 1H nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR)technology.And to explore the mechanisms of Pre protection of electroacupuncture on MIRI rats from the aspect of metabonomics.Methods: 48 male SD rats were randomly divided into blank control,model,EA“Neiguan”(PC6)and EA “Hegu”(LI4)groups(n=12/ group).The Control group was banded on rat board for 30 min,once daily foy 7 days.The model group was banded on rat board as the control group until the 7th day and ligated the left anterior descending coronary artery for 40 min,restored the blood flow for 1 h to form the MIRI model.EA groups:To electroacupuncture bilateral “Neiguan”(PC 6)and “Hegu”(LI4)for 30 min,once daily foy 7 days,to 7th day form the MIRI model.Collecting the serum of rats in each group,checking the metabolin in serum by(1H NMR)technology and discriminating the metabolic model.Results :1.There are significant differences in serum metabolites between the model group and the control group which shows that myocardial ischemia perfusion resulted in significant changes in serum metabolic patterns in rats.model of serum metabolism in model group was changed obviously2.Compared with the model group,the model of serum metabolism in EA PC6 group was changed obviously and Glucose increased,Leucine,Isoleucine,Valine,3-HBA,Lactate,Acetate,Acetone,Acetoacetate,Pyruvate,Glutamine,Creatine,Glycerol decreased.3.Compared with the model group,the serum metabolic patterns of EA L14 group were indistinguishable,indicating that electroacupuncture Hegu did not change the serum metabolic patterns in rats.Conclusion: Electroacupuncture at “Neiguan” changed the the gluconeogenesis,pyruvate metabolism,amino metabolism,ketone body metabolism and energy metabolism in MIRI rats.Maybe have a protective effec by regulating gluconeogenesis,pyruvate metabolism,amino metabolism,ketone body metabolism and energy metabolism.
