Objective:To observe the clinical effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot combines the scalp acupuncture on walking dysfunction of stroke patients,Methods:60 hemiplegic Patients admitted in Xiangya Boai Rehabilitation Hospital were selected and 60 Patients were selected according to the relevant criteria(diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion)under the Premise of signing informed consent.According to the method of randomized controlled trial,Patients were randomly divided into groups A,B and C,20 cases in each group.Group A was treated with scalp acupuncture plus routine rehabilitation therapy.According to the international head needle standardization Program to acupuncture scalp movement area.To acupuncture the upper middle line.the superior temporal anterior oblique line.the superior oblique line according to the brain functional area for 30 minutes.Group B was trained with rehabilitation robot of lower extremity combined with routine training.Rehabilitation therapy group C increased lower limb rehabilitation robot training on the basis of group A,the treatment time was 6 days a week,once a day,before and after 4 weeks of treatment,the function of 3groups were analyzed by gait analyzer、Fugl-Meyer scale、the functional independence score and Berg balance function score.Results:There was no significant difference in general condition(such as sex,age and course of disease)and sPecific situation before treatment(basic gait Parameter Fugl-Meyer motor function score,functional independence score and Berg balance function score)among the three grouPs(P>0.05).The results of gait analyzer evaluation showed that the step speed and step length of the three groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the step width was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the step length of lower extremity robot combined with scalp acupuncture group was 4 weeks after treatment.The walking speed was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the step width was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in step length,step speed and step width between the scalp acupuncture group and the lower limb robot group(P>0.05).The results of functional independence score and Berg balance score showed that the scores of functional independence and Berg balance function of Patients in scalp acupuncture and lower extremity robot group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the lower limb robot combined with scalP acupuncture group was treated with lower extremity robot combined with scalp acupuncture group(P<0.05).The scores of functional independence and Berg balance were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both scalp acupuncture and lower limb rehabilitation robot can effectively imProve the walking function of stroke patients.Lower limb rehabilitation robot combined with scalp acupuncture therapy can improve walking ability of stroke Patients more effectively,and is better than single treatment scalp acupuncture or rehabilitation robot treatment,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
