Clinical Observation Of Electro-acupuncture Combined With Scalp Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke

Objective:The use of electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture method,the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke recovery period,to explore its clinical efficacy,the treatment of this disease to seek the method with a significant effect.Methods:Patients with ischemic stroke were enrolled in this study.A prospective randomized controlled trial was conducted.Patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.There were 38 patients in each group.All of them were received rehabilitation exercises,based on the treatment of conventional drugs.The rats in the observation group were treated with electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture.The two groups were treated five times a week for 15 times as a course of treatment.One course of treatment was evaluated according to the degree of neurological deficit and Barthel index,Stroke diagnosis and efficacy evaluation criteria to evaluate the statistical treatment of each group after the comparison of efficacy evaluation.Results:The effect of electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture group was better than that of scalp acupuncture group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.After treatment,the score of neurological deficit was significantly lower in patients with acupuncture than the scalp acupuncture group(P<0.05).The scores of Barthel index were significantly higher than those of the acupuncture group(P<0.05),and the control group was significantly higher than that of the score of neurological deficit(P<0.05).Stratified analyses revealed that the scores of Barthel index of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was 1 case of electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture group,17 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,4 patients were cured,the total effective rate was 97.37%.7 patients were ineffective,23 patients were effective,7 patients were markedly effective,1 patient was cured,the total effective rate was 81.58%;electro-acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture group of patients with the total effective rate was significantly higher in scalp acupuncture group than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical use of electro-acupuncture with the scalp acupuncture treatment of patients with ischemic stroke recovery period,the preferred clinical efficacy,thereby improving the quality of life of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
