Objective:1.The clinical research about the effect of Chanting Gao on quality of life in tumor patients with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis syndromeTo analysis the influence of Chanling Gao on quality of life in tumor patients with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis syndrome, mainly through the comparison the corresponding index before and after treatment.2.Analysis on Professor Liu Shangyi's characteristics of clinical medicine in Prescriptions for Colorectal Cancer Based on data miningTo analyze the characteristics of clinical medicine of Medical Masters Liu-Shangyi for Colorectal Cancer by using traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance support system.3.Meta-analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancerTo evaluate the impact of various approaches of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods:1.The clinical research about the effect of Chanling Gao on quality of life in tumor patients with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis syndromeIn this study,a retrospective study was conducted the 160 tumor patients cases with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis syndrome that were collected in the Department of Hematology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2011 to March 2016.In which,100 cases were Experience group with Chanling Gao,60 cases were control group without Chanling Gao,and other traditional Chinese medicine preparation with the same effect should not be taken. All the Chanling Gao were provided by The First Affiliated Hospital of Guiyang College of TCM.Taking method:twice daily,3g each time, dissolved in the hot water for oral,30 days for a course of treatment.Patients in the two groups were compared the TCM symptoms integral change, quality of life score changes,KPS score changes and weight changes of scores before and after treatment.2.Analysis on Professor Liu Shangyi's characteristics of clinical medicine in Prescriptions for Colorectal Cancer Based on data miningCollecting the prescriptions for patients with colorectal cancer form January 2014 to March 2016,then the data were entered into TCM inheritance support system and composing principles were analyzed by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster.3.Meta-analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancerThe study systematically performed screening of randomized controlled trials from Cochrane Library,Pubmed,EMBASE,MEDLINE,and web of science. The data were extracted by two reviewers independently, and then risk assessment was performed. All the analyses were conducted by Review Manager 5.3.The four aspects were compared between the two groups, including recent clinical efficiency,Karnofsky Performance Status score(KPS),toxicity, and immunological test.Results:1.The clinical research about the effect of Chanting Gao on quality of life in tumor patients with Qi-stagnation and Blood-stasis syndromeIn 160 cases, lung cancer has 63 cases, colorectal cancer has 76 cases and breast cancer has 21 cases, the results of statistical analysis are as follows:(1)General condition comparison:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in gender, age, disease classification,KPS score, quality of life,TCM symptom score, body weight(P>0.05).(2)The clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine comparison:?There was significant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.01);? There was no significant difference in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);? There was significant difference between the experimental group and control group after treatment(P<0.01).(3)The quality of life comparison:There was significant difference between the experimental group and control group after treatment(P<0.01).(4)The KPS scores comparison:There was significant difference between the experimental group and control group after treatment(P<0.01).(5)The body weight comparison:? There was significant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the body weight increased after treatment;? There was significant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment(P<0.01),however,the body weight decreased after treatment;? There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).(6)Safety index comparison:there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.Analysis on Professor Liu Shangyi's characteristics of clinical medicine in Prescriptions for Colorectal Cancer Based on data miningBased on the analysis of 120 Prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed,14 core combinations and 7 new prescriptions were mined from the database.3.Meta-analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the quality of life of patients with colorectal cancerA total of 18 eligible studies included 1312 patients(Experimental group which used TCM combined with Western Medicine or TCM alone,N=688 and Control group used Western treatment combined with placebo or Western treatment alone,N=624).The results of analysis are as follows:(1)the recent efficiency between the experimental and the control groups was not statistically significant(P = 0.06,OR=1.38,95%CI=(0.98,1.95));(2)KPS scores between the two groups demonstrated statistically significant difference(P<0.00001,WMD=9.60,95%CI=(5.62,13.57));(3)Statistically significant differences was observed in the toxicity test between the two groups;(4)Statistically significant differences was observed in the immunological test between the two groups.Conclusions:(1)Chanling Gao can alleviate the symptoms of patients, increase KPS score and improve patients' quality of life.It can be used safety in clinical.(2)Professor Liu is good at promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis, clearing heat and nourishing yin, promoting qi circulation to remove dampness for colorectal cancer, taking account of the strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors.(3)The Meta-analysis shows that the recent clinical efficiency was not significant if Traditional Chinese Medicine was used, but it can increase KPS scores of the patients with colorectal cancer, alleviate toxicity associated with chemotherapy, regulate autoimmunity, and further improve the quality of life of patients. The results of meta-analysis revealed that the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine for patients with colorectal cancer.
