Based On Data Mining, Professor Li Tong's Medication Rule In The Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer Was Discussed

Research objective:through the method of data mining,to analyze the medication rule of Professor Li Tong in the treatment of colorectal cancer,and to explore the commonly used drug types,drug composition,compatibility rule and the application of angular drugs in the treatment of colorectal cancer.In order to obtain the new knowledge,new data and new information based on the medical case,and at the same time,to carry on the deep research and promotion of Professor Li Tong's academic thought,so as to better serve the patients.Research methods:from March 2015 to November 2020,Professor Li Tong's outpatient medical records of treating colorectal cancer were collected,and the medical records meeting the inclusion criteria were recorded into the database.Spss22.0 cluster analysis was used to find out the commonly used drug types of Professor Li Tong in the treatment of colorectal cancer;Use Clementine12.0 for association rule analysis,and combined with the interview with Professor Li Tong,the commonly used drug combinations and reasonable combination of horn drugs for the treatment of colorectal cancer were selected.Research results:1.645 cases met the standard.The database involved 249 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,13303 times.There were 62 kinds of drugs with frequency?50.According to the frequency statistics,43 kinds of clinical symptom data were included in the analysis of medical record data,with a total frequency of 2140.The top ten in the frequency order were fatigue,dry mouth,insomnia,hand foot syndrome,abdominal distension,poor appetite,diarrhea,poor mood,sweating and fear of cold.According to the analysis of drug properties,warm and mild drugs are the main drugs in the four Qi analysis,which accounted for half of the total;In the analysis of five flavors,sweet and bitter herbs were the main.In the analysis of meridian tropism,more drugs were classified into liver,spleen and stomach meridians.In the distribution of tongue coating pulse,the tongue is dark red,the coating is thin yellow and the pulse is stringy.2.According to the cluster analysis,the common drugs used by Professor Li Tong in the treatment of colorectal cancer include invigorating spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction;invigorating qi and spleen,harmonizing stomach and helping transport;replenishing qi and nourishing yin,clearing heat and cooling blood;tonifying qi and detoxifying,dehumidification and detumescence;resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis,communicating heart and kidney;exterior and interior reconciling,regulating qi and blood;support healthy qi,dredging collaterals and eliminating pathogenic factors drugs.3.Through association rules analysis,by comparing the frequency of occurrence of related drugs between the preceding and the following items,the reliability and support of association rules,and by clinical verification,15 pairs of commonly used drugs were obtained,such as stir fried malt-chicken kidney,Coptis-cinnamon,Eupatorium-peach kernel,raw Astragalus-Cimicifuga,raw Eucommia-Dendrobium and so on.15 pairs of corner drugs were obtained,such as Raw Astragalus-Angelica-Ramulus Cinnamomi,Eupatorium-Scutellaria-peach kernel,raw Astragalus-tangerine peel-Hedyotis diffusa,fried malt-Cimicifuga-Poria cocos,fried malt-Fructus aurantii-fried Atractylodes macrocephala,etc.Most of them are mutual compatibility of drugs for invigorating spleen and kidney,promoting blood circulation and diuresis,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,invigorating lung and resolving phlegm,regulating qi and regulating blood.Research conclusion:Professor Li Tong's treatment of colorectal cancer is mainly based on "wet,phlegm,blood stasis,poison and deficiency";The characteristics of drug use are as follows:firstly,the combination of communication and compensation,tonifying and invigorating the body and eliminating pathogenic factors;secondly,paying attention to invigorating the spleen and kidney,at the same time,pay attention to the relationship between the rise and fall of spleen and stomach qi,and take good care of spleen and stomach qi,and do not forget to care for spleen and stomach constantly;thirdly,from the perspective of latent evil,making good use of insect drugs and blood activating and stasis removing drugs to eliminate pathogenic factors and dredge collaterals;fourthly,paying attention to the relationship between Qi and blood,regulate qi and regulate blood,reconcile exterior and interior,soothe liver and relieve depression.In a word,the medi cation is more peaceful.Based on the results of comprehensive analysis and discussion,the basic prescriptions for the treatment of colorectal cancer were extracted:raw Astragalus 30g,fried Atractylodes macrocephalal 5g,angelica 12g,white peony 30g,Aucklandia 6g,raw eucommia 15g,raw coix seed 30g,peach seed 12g,Eupatorium adenophorum15g,fried malt 15g,Hedyotis diffusa 30g.
