The concept of digital hospital was put forward with the deepening development of medical and health reform.Establishing an all-angle intelligent diagnosis and treatment platform,breaking the traditional hospital diagnosis and treatment mode,realizing paperless office,film-free diagnosis of all-round safe and efficient digital diagnosis and treatment services.Through setting up data center and building data warehouse,on the basis of patient treatment as the core,we can collect all-cycle medical record information,manage and analyze massive data,and integrate discovery and utilization information to provide reference information and decision-making basis for hospital business management and clinical auxiliary diagnosis.As an important part of hospital digital construction,PACS system plays an important role in promoting the construction of digital hospital.This paper mainly discusses the design and construction of digital PACS system in our hospital.In the early stage,the hospital and departments put forward the need to construct the FULL-PACS system of the whole hospital-level process.Through the overall construction of the project,the image data of each department can be stored in a centralized way and shared by the whole hospital.According to the overall needs of the hospital and departments and the overall goal of system construction,the project needs analysis shows that the development of hospital informatization is early,the pre-hospital information system HIS has been put into use,the network environment is good,and it has the conditions to build the whole process PACS.In the project design stage,the important nodes and technical difficulties that may be encountered in the construction of PACS at the hospital level are analyzed in depth.Including HIS system fusion technology and DICOM image access editing.In the implementation phase of the project,according to the construction goal of PACS system,the process of patient visiting and examining and the general process of image processing are set up.According to the idea of hospital-level interconnection and sharing,the selection of PACS system server is completed.Considering the security and stability of medical data,the PACS system adopts C/S architecture to build the system.Considering the surge of image data in the later period,I decided to adopt the three-level storage mode of dual-computer hot standby.The central configuration of dual-core exchanges can effectively reduce the transmission pressure of the central server by carrying clinical and medical dual-front-end computers.It integrates the functional requirements of medical imaging department,ultrasound imaging department,electrocardiogram and endoscopy room,integrates the image acquisition equipment of imaging department into the system,establishes the image system platform through DICOM gateway fusion technology and HIS system,and realizes the non-DICOM equipment following HL7.Normal transmission of images has realized the sharing and interconnection of inspection information resources in the whole hospital.Generally speaking,the key of system construction is the realization of PACS whole process.The difficulty is that DICOM gateway fuses HIS system and image compression transformation mode,fast access of DICOM image,editing analysis and region sharing.Finally,the fifth chapter of the paper analyses the system operation test and puts forward the future development direction.
