| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqiwenyang method in the treatment of myasthenia gravis,and to verify its feasibility and effectiveness in improving patients' clinical symptoms,reducing or reducing the use of western medicine,reducing the side effects and complications of western medicine,and improving the quality of life of patients.Clinical treatment of myasthenia gravis provides a new way of thinking.Method1.Literature study on the progress of research on myasthenia gravis in recent years at home and abroad;2.Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 320 patients with myasthenia gravis from December 1,2015 to December 31,2018 and evaluation of the efficacy of Yiqiwenyang method in the treatment of myasthenia gravis.Result1.This clinical study included 320 patients with MG,including 149 males(46.6%)and 171 females(53.4%),the ratio of male to female was 149:171;2.According to the modified Osserman classification,168 cases of OMG,accounting for 52.50%,51 cases of mild systemic type,accounting for 15.94%,77 cases of moderate systemic type,about 24.06%,16 cases of severe aggressive type,about 5.00%,8 cases of late-onset severe type,about 2.50%;3.According to the syndrome differentiation of TCM:75 cases of spleen and stomach qi deficiency type,mainly found in type ? and ? a patients in Osserman classification;221 cases of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type,mainly found in type ?a and ?b patients in Osserman classification;24 patients with lung,spleen and kidney deficiency type,mainly seen in patients with type ?,? and ? in Osserman classification;4.In this study,320,317,303,and 277 patients were treated at 3,6,9,and 12 months.The total effective rates of treatment at 3,6,9,and 12 months were82.19%,97.79%?99.67%and 100.00%;The cure rates were 5.63%?26.18%?50.50%?76.53%;5.The clinical absolute scores before and after treatment at 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months were very significant.According to the clinical score,treatments were 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months.After the patient's clinical symptoms have improved significantly;6.The clinical symptoms of 320 patients after 3 months,6 months,9 months,and 12 months of treatment were statistically improved.The overall improvement was obvious at 3 months of treatment.During the period,26 patients had recurrent disease but relapsed.Severity is less than before,no patient progress and death;7.320 patients with auxiliary examination results and adverse reaction results analysis,all patients generally did not see abnormal changes,blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and electrocardiogram examination,no obvious abnormalities;8.There were 50 patients who discontinued Western medicine after 12 months of treatment,mostly those with ocular muscle type and treated with bromide-based tablets.Conclusion1.The core pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis is mainly responsible for spleen,lung qi,kidney yang deficiency,the disease is marked as muscle,in this is the lung spleen and kidney and other organs;2.The syndrome differentiation was classified into spleen and stomach qi deficiency,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,lung spleen and kidney deficiency type 3,and the severity of clinical classification gradually increased,and it can basically cover the clinical symptoms and classification of all patients;3.Yiqiwenyang of myasthenia gravis can effective in treating myasthenia gravis,which can significantly reduce the clinical symptom score of myasthenia gravis,and has high clinical efficiency;4.Yiqiwenyang treatment of myasthenia gravis can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of patients,which can delay the progress;5.Yiqiwenyang treatment of myasthenia gravis can significantly reduce the amount of western medicine,reduce complications and reduce side effects;6.Yiqiwenyang method has unique advantages in the treatment of myasthenia gravis in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is safe and has no adverse reactions.It is a new idea and method for the treatment of myasthenia gravis. |
